Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. イオンセンサと比較電極を電解液に浸漬し、電
    位差計を用いて前記イオンセンサの性能を検査す
    る装置において、底部に孔を有するとともに前記
    電解液の流入口と排出口を有し、前記比較電極を
    浸漬する容器と、検査すべき複数のイオンセンサ
    が形成されたシリコンウエハと、前記の容器の孔
    を前記イオンセンサの接液すべき箇所に位置させ
    、前記電解液を前記接液すべき箇所以外に漏れな
    いようにシールする手段と、前記比較電極および
    イオンセンサの電極を電位差計に導く手段とを備
    えたことを特徴とするイオンセンサ検査装置。
