(Prior Art) Conventionally, as a means for freezing products such as meat and vegetables, a large number of products 20 are placed in a basket 30 as shown in FIG.
There is a method of freezing each article 20 by immersing the article 20 in a processing liquid 2 (antifreeze solution) at a temperature of about 0° C. to minus 70° C.

In addition, in this method, if the item to be frozen is food or the like, problems often occur if the item is directly immersed naked in the processing liquid, so in the past, In such cases, the article 20 is wrapped in a film 31 and immersed in the processing liquid 2 as shown in the figure.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the conventional method of immersing the packaged article in the processing liquid, the wrapping operation of the article must be performed separately from the original dipping operation. Therefore, the packaging operation is extremely complicated.

Moreover, in the above-mentioned conventional method, depending on the type and use of the article, it may be necessary to open the packaging after freezing the article and leave it in an exposed state. This had to be done manually, making the work more complicated than the packaging work, and there was a major problem in that the workability of this series of operations was extremely poor.

In addition, in the conventional method, since a plurality of articles housed in the basket 30 are immersed in the processing liquid 2,
This work was discontinuous and intermittent work, which was particularly inefficient when processing a large number of items, and there were also problems with workability when freezing large quantities of items. be.

The present invention was invented in view of the conventional problems as described above, and its purpose is not to limit the processing to freezing processing, but also to cover other processing operations such as cooling and heating. Even in cases where it is not possible to directly immerse the item in the processing liquid when performing these processing operations, the item can be left bare without any cumbersome packaging work as in the past. The object is to process the articles without causing any trouble, and to process the articles efficiently, quickly and continuously.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention is designed to solve the problems of the prior art described in 2 by developing a means for continuously transporting articles in a state where they are isolated and cut off from the treatment liquid in the treatment layer. It is what was done.

That is, the gist of the configuration of the present invention is that the article 20 to be processed
An article transfer conveyor 3 having a circulation body 4 for placing and transferring the articles 20 is provided, and the trajectory of the circulation body 4 of the conveyor 3 is set so that the article 20 passes through the treatment tank 1.
At the same time, there is an article transfer conveyor 3 above the article transfer conveyor 3 described in 1j11 in order to isolate the article 20 from the processing liquid in the processing tank 1 when the article 20 is transferred within the processing tank 1. An auxiliary conveyor 10 having a circulating moving body 11 joined to the upper surface side of the circulating moving body 4 of No. 3 is provided opposite to the article transfer conveyor 3.

(Function) Therefore, in the processing apparatus characterized by the above configuration, a large number of articles 20 to be processed are sequentially transferred into the processing tank 1 by the article transfer conveyor 3, and predetermined processing is performed continuously. However, each article 20 is a processing tank]
When the articles 20 are carried into the interior, the circulation body 11 of the other auxiliary conveyor 10 is joined to the upper surface side of the circulation body 4 of the article transfer conveyor 3, whereby each article 20 is transferred to both circulation bodies 4. Since each article 20 is sealed in the processing tank 1 and isolated from the processing liquid in the processing tank 1, the article 20 does not come into direct contact with the processing liquid and can be continuously subjected to a prescribed processing operation. This is what happens.

First, the article 2o, such as food, is transferred to the article transfer conveyor 3.
The article 2o is sequentially supplied and placed on the horizontal portion 6 of the container and transported forward, but when the article 2o is transferred forward and approaches the inclined portion 8a, the article 2o is moved downward by the inclined descent of the other auxiliary conveyor 10. As a result, the article 20 is properly prevented from sliding and falling at the inclined portion 8a of the article transfer container 3.

Therefore, as shown in FIG.
If the processing liquid 2 is transferred inside, the processing liquid 2 will not intrude into the space 21 formed between both belts 4.11, and the article 20 will be frozen without directly touching the processing liquid 2. It is. Therefore, even if the article 20 would be in trouble due to direct contact with the treatment liquid 2, proper freezing treatment can be performed.

At this time, by operating the vacuum pump 16.16, the space 21 formed in a tube shape between the two belts 4.11 is removed.
If the interior is set to a vacuum atmosphere or a state close to a vacuum atmosphere, the cooling efficiency of the article 20 by the processing liquid 2 will be very excellent, and reliable freezing processing can be performed in a short time.

Furthermore, the article 20 that has been frozen as described above is discharged to the outside of the processing tank 1 via the inclined part 8b and the horizontal part 7,
After that, it is transported to the next process by the discharge conveyor 19, but both conveyors 3 and each heald 4, 11 of lo give up on each other after the processing liquid 2 in the processing tank 1 is removed.

Further, in the above embodiment, the article transport conveyor 3 and the auxiliary conveyor 10 are formed as a held conveyor,
Since a pair of sealing chucks 9.14 are provided on both side edges of each belt 4.11 and can be tightly fitted and interlocked with each other, the sealing effect between the belts 4.11 is extremely reliable and good. However, the specific type of each conveyor and the configuration of the circulating moving body according to the present invention are by no means limited to these.

In short, when the article 20 is transferred in the processing tank 1 by the article transfer conveyor 3, each circulation of the article transfer conveyor 3 and the auxiliary conveyor 10 is performed to isolate the article 20 from the processing liquid in the processing tank 1. It is sufficient that the movable bodies 4.11 have a structure that allows them to be joined to each other.

(Effects of the Invention) As mentioned above, the present invention allows articles to be transferred by passing them through the processing tank by an article transfer conveyor, and
When an article is transferred within the processing tank, a circulating moving body of a separately provided auxiliary conveyor is joined to the upper surface side of the circulating moving body of the article transfer conveyor, and the article is removed from the processing liquid in the processing tank. When processing items that cannot be directly immersed in the processing liquid because they are configured to be isolated, there is no need to go through the trouble of packaging the items or opening the packaging as in the past. By simply placing naked articles on the article transfer conveyor and transporting them, the specified treatment can be carried out without contacting the treatment liquid.
This series of operations can be performed very easily, quickly and efficiently,
A special effect has been achieved in that the cost associated with the processing work can be significantly reduced compared to the conventional method.
