Abstract

PURPOSE:To make stable supply and sublimation of metal aldehyde uninhabitedly possible by a method wherein metal aldehyde fed from a feeder is averaged by blade plates for agitation under being scattered with a blower, sublimated by heating, and made into powdered cotton-like material. CONSTITUTION:Metal aldehyde 4 as powdered raw meterial is fed into a feeder 5 and a heating plate 14 is heated by the electric flow in a heating device 17. The metal aldehyde 4 contained in supply blades 21 is fed to fall slowly into the corners of sublimation chamber 8 by the rotation of a supply motor 19 and falls down to the plate 14 placed at the bottom in such a condition that the material is nearly averaged by the operation of a blower 10 and is agitated by rotating blades 12 and sublimated by the heat of the plate 14. This sublimated metal aldehyde becomes vapor and is blown off into a room from a room inside discharge hole 9 as the metal aldehyde is being made into powdered cotton-like material.

のときのメタアルデヒドを羽根板によって攪拌しながら
平均的に加熱し、室内へ送り出すようにしたから、良好
な粉綿化が得られかつ自動的に昇華し、昇華したのちに
粉綿化することとなり、従来のように防毒マスクをして
人の手作業にたよることなく行なえ、人体への健康的悪
影響も全く無くなるなどの効果を有するものである。
