態となり、これをガイドにして成形機に送給しても凹凸
模様の端縁と化粧面の所定範囲の端縁とが一部しないこ
とによるものである。また、主軸とロール部が一体であ
るためロールの一部がY耗すると高価で1ケ月程度の製
作1す1間を要するロール−木全部を交換しなければな

イド部上はロール装置の入口で、ロール群のパスライン
と同一高さに、水平に、かつ、平坦面とした載置板2と
載置板2の前端に金属薄板材Aの幅Woに対応したピン
チで前方に対してハ字状に固定した弾性ガイド板(以下
、単にガイド板という)3とロール群の入口直前に上記
と同様のピンチで配列、支承したガイドローラ4と、必
要に応じて金属薄板材への幅W。と対応した幅で設けた
押圧ローラ1aとからなり、主に金属薄板材Aをロール
群に正確に案内するのに役立つものである。また、ガイ

を形成したエンボスロール10.11である。また、第
7図はエンボスロール10.11をフリロールとした場
合であり、エンボス模様によってエンボスロール10.
11を同調させるためにギヤDを装着し、エンボスロー
ル10.11のズレを防止する必要がある。勿論、第6
図(al、(blに示すエンボスロール10.11の場
合は全くのフリロールでよい。特にフリロールにすると
前後端のロール8.12によって引張られた状態下で車
に押圧する状態下で通過するため塗膜への損傷、残留歪
が少なく、耐候性のある化粧面としてエンボス加工でき
