Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable forming a forming body with a beautiful dressed surface by exchanging only an emboss roll by providing a guide part in a placing plate at an inlet of a forming roll apparatus making one roll of plural stages of forming roll groups disposed next to the emboss roll of a split type. CONSTITUTION:A color steel sheet A is fed on the placing plate 2 of the guide part 1, advanced straight on horizontally between the guide plate 3 and a guide roller 4 and supplied to the forming roll groups 5. Then, on the way of the forming roll groups 5, rugged patterns alpha, beta are formed on the steel sheet A by the male and negative formed emboss rolls 10, 11, then sent out as a formed body C. Therefore, when the emboss roll is formed at least in split type and with materials corresponding to each function, its cost is low and its wear part is capable of exchanging easily. Furthermore, the forming of various forming bodys is performed only by exchanging each forming roll group individually.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a roll device useful for forming a metal sheet material into a concave cross-section and applying an uneven pattern to its decorative surface using a split embossing roll. It is something.

In general, for building materials using metal plates, many attempts have been made to improve the negative image of metal as cold and smooth by applying uneven patterns to the decorative surface. In this method, the entire metal hoop material is embossed using an embossing roll that consists of a main shaft and a roll, and then it is formed into a predetermined shape, or the necessary parts are embossed and then simply shaped into a predetermined shape. In addition, conventional rolls are manufactured by forming the main shaft and forming roll into one piece, or by forming the main shaft and forming roll into separate pieces, which are combined with a cock, key, etc. Forming rolls, etc. constructed as follows were common.

However, the apparatus having this type of configuration has problems in the following points. In other words, in the former case, the coil diameter increases significantly, the number of windings decreases, and the concavo-convex patterns are likely to contact each other and cause scratches, and on top of that, curling is added, and tension is added when unwinding during molding. As a result, there were drawbacks such as wrinkling, warping, and crackling after molding. In addition, in the latter case, since the embossing is applied only to a certain area in the center of the entire width of the metal hoop material and the material is fed to the molding machine in that state, there is a disadvantage that the border of the decorative surface and the uneven pattern may be "misaligned". Ta. This is because the edges of both sides of the embossed metal hoop material become wavy due to residual stress, and even when fed to the molding machine using this as a guide, the edges of the uneven pattern and the edges of a predetermined area of the decorative surface do not match. This is partly due to not doing so. Further, since the main shaft and the roll portion are integrated, if a part of the roll wears out, there is a disadvantage that the entire roll and wood must be replaced, which is expensive and takes about one month to manufacture.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms the embossing roll arranged at least in the middle of the forming roll group into a split type, so that even if the roll wears out, only the embossing roll part can be replaced, which is inexpensive and short-term. so that it can be produced in between,
In addition, if necessary, all other forming rolls are made into split types, and the embossing roll is formed into a frill roll, a ceramic coated roll, etc. to reduce the occurrence of distortion and twisting, and to produce a beautifully embossed molded product with a textured surface. The present invention provides a sheet metal forming roll device that can be manufactured.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of a roll device for forming a metal sheet material (hereinafter simply referred to as a roll device) according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing the above-mentioned apparatus. In the figure, the upper part is a guide part, the vertical part is a group of forming rolls, the average part is an embossing roller, 16 is a frame, 17 is a stand, and A is a thin metal plate. To explain further, on the guide part is the entrance of the roll device, and the thin metal plate A is placed on the mounting plate 2 which is horizontal and flat at the same height as the pass line of the roll group and the front end of the mounting plate 2. An elastic guide plate (hereinafter simply referred to as a guide plate) 3 fixed to the front in a V-shape with a pinch corresponding to the width Wo of and the width W to the thin metal plate material if necessary. and a pressure roller 1a provided with a width corresponding to the width of the roller 1a, which is mainly useful for accurately guiding the thin metal sheet material A to the roll group. Further, the distance P between the guide plate 3 and the guide roller 4 is 50 to b. In addition, a forming roll group] is, for example, a group of rolls 6.7.8.9.10 having a cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG.
.. 11,...n, and the structure of each roll is, for example, as shown in FIG. It is fixed to the main shaft B. In addition, the embossing roller edition has folding parts 10a, 10b and embossing part 1.
0c, each is formed separately. Of course, the embossing roller can be placed at any position in the forming roll group. This is due to the embossing area and position of the decorative surface A of the molded body C.

710 is a pattern with a depth Q of 5 mm shown in FIG. Note that the metal thin plate material A is a colored steel plate with a thickness of 0.27 m1 and a total width of W. -500 Hunger- was skewered. Therefore, on the mounting plate 2 on the guide part, a cross section as shown in FIG.
A color steel plate A with a length of 363G+u is fed and placed on the mounting plate 2.
The cross section shown in Figure 2 (al) is successively formed using a flower diagram without a guide plate. In the middle of this process, the decorative surface of the thin metal sheet material A is shaped using embossing rolls 10 and 11 with male and female structures. The uneven patterns α and β shown in Fig. 5 are formed on the surface of the embossing roll 10.11.The metal sheet material A that has passed through the embossing rolls 10 and 11 is then shaped according to the flower diagram, and sent out as a shaped body C from the exit. It is something.

What has been described above is only one embodiment of the roll device according to the present invention, and the guide portion may be formed separately or the embossing roll 10.11 may be formed as shown in FIGS. In other words, in FIG. 6(a), only the embossing roll 10 is provided with an uneven pattern (not shown).
The embossing roll 11 serving as the lower mold is made of a hard material with cushioning properties such as plastic or rubber.
Fig. fb1 shows a striped embossed pattern, and Fig. CC1 shows an embossing roll 10.11 in which an uneven pattern is formed on the embossed portion 10c by ceramic coating loc'. Moreover, FIG. 7 shows the case where the embossing rolls 10 and 11 are made into frill rolls, and the embossing rolls 10 and 11 are made into frill rolls depending on the embossed pattern.
In order to synchronize the embossing rolls 10 and 11, it is necessary to install a gear D to prevent the embossing rolls 10 and 11 from shifting. Of course, the 6th
In the case of the embossing rolls 10.11 shown in Figures (al and (bl), it is sufficient to use completely frilled rolls. In particular, if the embossing rolls are made into frilled rolls, the rolls 8.12 at the front and rear ends pass under tension and pressure against the car. It can be embossed as a weather-resistant decorative surface with little damage to the paint film or residual distortion.Furthermore, the embossing roll coated with ceramic has excellent durability.
