板にメツシユ状窓部材が嵌合、固定されようとす
る状態を示す一部横断面図である。第４図は本実
施例において基板の凹部に所定の表面部材の端部
が嵌合、接着されて固定されようとする状態を示
す一部横断面図である。 １……基板、１ａ……接着用凹部、１ｂ……嵌
