Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce power consumption and to obtain a device suitable to a system by outputting the output voltage of a detecting circuit as a source voltage when the detecting circuit detects a gas leak, etc., and its output voltage exceeds a set value.
CONSTITUTION: A detection part 1 is equipped with a gas sensor 11 and consists of the detecting circuit 13 which detects a gas leak at all times by using a DC power source 12 as a driving source and a source voltage output circuit 14 which compares the output voltage value of the circuit 13 with the set value and supplies the source voltage to a transmission part 2 when the voltage value exceeds the set value. Then when the circuit 13 is in a stand-by state the output value has a stationary value and the circuit 14 outputs no voltage. When the circuit 13 detects the gas leak and performs specific detecting operation, on the other hand, the output voltage of the circuit 13 varies. Its output voltage is compared with the set value by the circuit 14 and when it is confirmed that the output voltage does not vary merely and the detection operation is securely performed, the circuit 14 steps down and stabilizes the output voltage of the circuit 13 by a voltage stabilization part 15 to generate the source voltage, which is outputted to the transmission part 2, thereby performing various displays and control corresponding to the detecting operation.
