Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize a method in which whether a printing picture pattern and an emboss pattern are satisfactorily synchronized is easily and clearly read to synchronize both of the patterns on a printing site, by a method wherein, a printing is conducted by providing straight full guide lines on margin parts of a printing plate in the flow direction of a material to be printed, a synchronizing operation is conducted by providing straight broken guide lines on margin parts of an emboss plate, and the printing picture pattern and the emboss pattern are synchronized according to the coincidence of both of the lines. CONSTITUTION:A printing picture pattern 1 and an emboss pattern 2 are provided on the center of a material to be printed, where the both side are margin parts. Guide lines (a) for printing are provided on a printing plate by being synchronously printed with the printing picture pattern 1. The lines (a) are formed on the margin parts so as to extend in the flow direction of the material to be printed in form of straight full line. On the other hand, guide lines (b) for emboss processing are provided on an emboss plate by being synchronously embossed with the emboss pattern 2. the lines (b) are also provided on margin parts in the flow direction of the material to be printed in straight broken line form so as to completely coincide with the guide lines (a) simultaneously with the synchronization of the printing picture pattern 1 with the emboss pattern 2. In this manner, whether the printing picture pattern and the emboss pattern are longitudinally statisfactorily synchronized is discriminated on a printing site, whereby both of the patterns can be synchronized.

Of course, the printing plate and the embossing plate are created so that they are identical during printing, but the embossed pattern is generally difficult to see, and for this reason, it has been difficult to make them identical at the printing site.

When the material to be printed is a plastic sheet, the plastic sheet expands and contracts due to heat pressure during embossing, making it even more difficult for the two to be the same, so it is desirable to make adjustments while looking at the printed material at the printing site to make the two the same. It's rare.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides a method for printing a printing pattern on a printing material and embossing it, in which a flow of the printing material is applied to a margin of a printing plate. In addition to setting a straight solid line guideline in the direction and printing it,
To provide an identical two-emboss method characterized in that a straight dashed guideline is provided in the margin of an embossing plate, the guideline is embossed, and a printed pattern and an embossed pattern are made the same by matching both guidelines.

Since the printing guideline (a) is printed in the same color as a solid line, this guideline has a uniform color. However, since the embossing guideline (b) is formed in a broken line shape, there are concave portions and convex portions (non-embossed portions) on this guideline (b). Since the direction of reflection of light rays differs between concave and convex parts, and the gloss differs, this guideline can be easily and clearly distinguished on printed matter, and even if the two guidelines match perfectly, the difference in gloss will be Due to this, the color does not appear uniform,
It is easy and clear to see that they match.

(Description of Examples) The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The drawings show examples of the present invention, in which Fig. 1 shows a printing material printed only with a printing plate, Fig. 2 shows a printing material embossed only with an embossing plate, and Fig. 3 shows a case in which printing and embossing are the same. FIG. 2 is an explanatory plan view showing a printed material (printed material) that has been applied using the same method.

In each of FIGS. 1 to 6, the flow direction of the printing material is indicated by an arrow (X). Both the printed pattern (1) and the embossed pattern (2) are applied approximately to the middle of the printing material, and both sides thereof are blank areas without the patterns (1) and (2). As mentioned above, the printing material may expand and contract due to the heat pressure during embossing, so the printed pattern (1) and embossed pattern (2) are printed by calculating the difference in size due to this expansion and contraction. Formed into plates and embossed plates. The difference in size varies depending on the material and thickness of the printing material and the embossing conditions, so it needs to be determined by experiment each time. For example, if the size of the printed pattern (1) is 100, the size of the embossed pattern is Embossed patterns are usually larger, with a diameter of 100.5. However, it may shrink due to heat and pressure, so in this case the embossed pattern will be smaller than the printed pattern.

Since the embossing guideline (b) is provided on the embossing plate, it is embossed at the same time as the embossing pattern (2). This embossing guideline (b) is also provided in the margins on both sides, and when the printing pattern (1) and the embossing pattern (2) match perfectly, this printing guideline (a) and the embossing The guideline (b) is provided in the shape of a straight broken line in the flow direction of the printing material so that the guideline (b) completely matches the guideline (b).
