Claims (1)
- 並設された複数の線心と、これらの線心を囲ん
で設けられた座床と、この座床の外側に設けられ
た鉄線とを備え、前記線心は中心導体、この中心
導体上に設けられた内側絶縁体、この内側絶縁体
上に設けられた内側シールドで同軸状に形成され
ている海底ケーブルにおいて、前記座床と夫々の
線心との間に外側絶縁体および外側シールドを同
軸状に設け、通常は前記内側シールドを導体とし
て使用し、前記外側絶縁体が絶縁破壊を起した場
合は前記中心導体および内側絶縁体を備えた回線
を予備回線として使用するようにしたことを特徴
とする海底ケーブル。
