Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily and quickly construct an independent foundation by a method in which a foundation block with reinforcing bars projected downwardly from concrete block is set, the level of base is adjusted, and concrete is placed thereon.
CONSTITUTION: Foundation blocks 1 with leg bars 4 projected downwardly from concrete block are set in a trench 5. A base 7 is set between the blocks 1 and fixed by anchor bolts 3. Jacks 8 are set below the base 7 to adjust the level of the base 7, and under the condition, concrete is placed into the trench 5 and hardened. The jacks 8 are removed and the trench 5 is backfilled.
