Abstract

PURPOSE:To simultaneously integrate a tension steel material and a tension-less steel material to improve workability and product quality by drawing a bottom end plate by a chuck truck while operating a braiding machine. 緊張鋼材を挿通しらせん筋と結束して所定形状の篭を編
組し、該緊張鋼材の両端の鋲頭により係止された元口プ
レートおよび未ロプレートを反対方向に引張って緊張を
与えて型枠内でコンクリートの遠心締固めを行う方法が
ある。該方法では、それぞれの断面応力に適合した非緊
張鋼材を配筋するので強度上合理的であるが、非緊張鋼
材篭の形成と緊張鋼材の挿通および結束が別工程で行な
われるので、作業工数が増加し作業効率が悪いという問
題点がある。
