【考案の詳細な説明】本考案は、共同住宅のバルコニーと廊下との境

マンシヨン等の共同住宅の両側の住戸において
は、廊下に連ねる状態で妻側にもバルコニーが設

ることになる。避難壁は、非常時に簡単に打ち破
れるとはいえ、平常時においては防犯の役目を十
分に果たし得るものである。しかし、バルコニー
や廊下が片持ちスラブであつて、その鼻先側に
は、手摺が設けられているので、手摺を持つて片
持スラブ鼻先から身をのり出すことにより、容易
に避難壁を迂回して、廊下からバルコニーへと侵
入することができ、防犯機能の面で問題があつ
