Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve energy conversion efficiency by controlling a load according to the number of revolutions of a windmill.
CONSTITUTION: An output of an induction generator 2 driven by a lifting windmill 1 is supplied to a load 3 via SCR 4, 8. A target output computing element 9 computes an output desired value according to the number of revolutions N of said windmill 1 and an actual output computing element 12 computes an actual output from an output voltage V and an output current I. Further, a deviation computing element 15 gives a deviation ▵E, that is the difference between the target output and the actual output to a current controller 16, which outputs the deviation ▵E to SCR 4 on the basis of a command from a control circuit 10.
