Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the vibration, noise of a variable air-gap type motor from occurring by disposing a plurality of rotors in parallel with an output shaft at an equal interval on an imaginary circumference around the output shaft as a center, and bringing the centroid of a whole rotary system into coincidence with the output shaft line.
CONSTITUTION: A stator 20 is composed of a cylindrical core 20a formed with 12 pole teeth, and coils wound on the pole teeth. An output shaft 21 is disposed through the central axis C of the stator 20, and cross-shaped rotary plate 22 rotating around the shaft is secured at its center thereto. Supporting shafts 23a∼23d parallel to the shaft 21 are secured at both ends from the center to four directional positions to the plate 22, and rotors 25a∼25d are rotatably supported through bearings 24a∼24d. The rotors 25a∼25d are composed of cylindrical magnetic units. Thus, the centroid of a whole rotary system is brought into coincidence with the axial line of the output shaft to prevent the vibration and noise thereof from occurring.
