Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は、毛髪及び皮膚から毛染め剤を除去する方法並
びにその方法を行う製品に関する。さらに詳しくは、本
発明は、前述の方法並びに毛髪から毛染め剤を除去する
シャンプー及び皮膚から毛染め剤の汚れを除去する予め
処理されたタオレット（ｔｏｗｅｌｅｔｔｅ）Ｉこ関す
る。
（従来の技術） 毛髪から望ましくない毛染め剤を除去する唯一の有効な
方法は、通常強い酸化剤によりそれを漂白することによ
る。これは、毛髪を痛めそして頭皮を刺激する欠点を有
する。刺戟の問題のために、漂白は皮膚から毛染め剤の
汚れを除去させるのに決して有効ではなかった。
（発明の概要） 本発明は、毛髪又は皮膚とテトラヒドロキシプロピルエ
チレンジアミンとを接触させ次に毛髪又は皮膚からジア
ミンを拭き取るか又は洗いさることよりなる毛髪又は皮
膚から毛染め剤を除去する方法を含む。本発明は、さら
に毛髪から毛染め剤を除去する組成物を含み、その組成
物は、水性シャンプーベースに溶解しｔコ、毛髪から毛
染め剤を除去するのに有効な量のテトラヒドロキシプロ
ピルエチレンジアミンを含む。本発明は、その上皮膚か
ら毛染め剤の汚れを除去するタオレットを含み、それは
テトラヒドロキレプロピルエチレンジアミンの溶液によ
り部分的に又は完全に飽和された吸収性のウェッピング
（ｗｅｂｂｉｎｇ）を含む。
テトラヒドロキシプロピルエチレンジアミンは、Ｎ、　
Ｎ、　Ｎ’、Ｎ’−テトラキス（２−ヒドロキシプロピ
ル）エチレンジアミンのＣＴＦＡ名称であり、下記の式
を有する。
しＩ−１，Ｌ／　ｌ−１゜ 乙の化合物は、ＢＡＳＦ−ワイアンドット（？１ｙａｎ
ｄｏｔｔｅ）コーポレーションにより商品名クアドロー
ル（Ｑｕａ−ｄｒｏｌ）で販売されている。この物質は
、ポリウレタンフォームを製造するのに橋かけ剤及び触
媒として又はウレタンコーティング用のポリオールの硬
化剤としてそして化学中間体として用いられろために販
売され、そして米国特許第２．６９７．１１８号の主題
である。テトラヒドロキシプロピルエチレンジアミンに
関する前述の情報のすべては、製造者の文献から得られ
た。従って、もし製造者によるこの物質の化学上の命名
に何等かの誤りがあるならば、ＣＴＦＡ名称による正確
な化学物質が本明細書を通して用いられることを意味す
る。
テトラヒドロキシプロピルエチレンジアミンが、毛染め
剤の適用後かなり早く除去されろことが試みられるなら
ば、驚（べきことに、毛染め剤特に保証された毛染め剤
及び直接毛染め剤そしてまたは酸化性毛染め列用の優れ
た溶剤であることが見いだされた。酸化性毛染め剤の場
合、適用と除去の試みとの間の時間が多くなるにつれて
、しばらくしてより薄い色の毛染め剤が濃い色調のもの
よりも有効に除去されうる。
本明細書を通して用いられる用語「シャンプーベース」
は、当業者により容易に知られているようなシャンプー
として使用されるのに適した任意の洗浄組成物を示す。
本発明によれば、シャンプー処方の毛髪への適用におい
て、このような使用の目的は、一般に適用された染料全
部を除去しようと試みるよりも毛髪に適用された過剰の
染料を除くためである。
皮膚から毛染め剤の汚れを又は毛髪から過剰の毛染め剤
を除去するのに有用なテトラヒドロキシプロピルエチレ
ンジアミンの量は、厳密を要さない。しかし、材料の濃
度を５重量％越えて増大させても毛染め剤の除去の有効
性をかなり改善するようには見えないことが分かった。
テトラヒドロキシプロピルエチレンジアミンは、水に非
常に良く溶解し、それ故その水溶液又は水／アルコール
溶液は、本発明によるタオレットを含浸させるのに容易
に用いられうる。アルコール例えばイソプロパツール、
エチレン又はジエチレングリコール、ヘキシレングリコ
ール、ブチレングリコール、カルピトールなどの添加は
、ときには早い乾燥に役立つと共に効果を拡大する。予
め含浸したタオレットの代わりに、また木綿などの手段
により適用されるゲル又はクリームベースのテトラヒド
ロキシプロピルエチレンジアミン含有組成物をうまく用
いることができる。
（実施例） 下記の二、三の実施例は、本発明の単なる例示に過ぎな
い。
実施例　１ 下記のアルコール・水溶液は、本発明による吸収性の紙
タオレットヲ含没するのに用いられろ。

Claims (12)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）毛髪又は皮膚とテトラヒドロキシプロピルエチレ
    ンジアミンとを接触させ次に前記の毛髪又は皮膚から該
    ジアミンを拭き取るか又は洗いさることよりなる毛髪又
    は皮膚から毛染め剤を除去する方法。
  2. （２）水性シャンプーベースに溶解した、毛髪から毛染
    め剤を除去するのに有効な量のテトラヒドロキシプロピ
    ルエチレンジアミンを含む毛髪から毛染め剤を除去する
    組成物。
  3. （３）毛髪から毛染め剤を除去するのに有効な前記の量
    が、０．１〜１０重量％である請求項２記載の組成物。
  4. （４）テトラヒドロキシプロピルエチレンジアミンの溶
    液により部分的に又は完全に飽和された吸収性のウェッ
    ピングを含み、毛染め剤で染めた皮膚に付与して皮膚か
    ら毛染め剤を除去するタオレット。
  5. （５）該溶液が水／アルコール溶液である請求項４記載
    のタオレット。
  6. （６）ゲル又はクリームベースに溶解した、毛染め剤を
    除去するのに有効な量のテトラヒドロキシプロピルエチ
    レンジアミンを含む毛染め剤を除去する組成物。
  7. （７）毛染め剤を除去するのに有効な前記の量が、０．
    １〜１０重量％である請求項６記載の組成物。
  8. （８）テトラヒドロキシプロピルエチレンジアミンが該
    溶液中に溶液の約０．１〜約１０重量％の量で存在する
    請求項５記載のタオレット。
  9. （９）毛染め剤で染まった皮膚をテトラヒドロキシプロ
    ピルエチレンジアミンの溶液を含むタオレットと接触さ
    せることからなる皮膚からの毛染め剤の除去方法。
  10. （１０）該溶液が約０．１〜約１０％のテトラヒドロキ
    シプロピルエチレンジアミンを含む請求項９記載の方法
    。
  11. （１１）該溶液が水／アルコール溶液である請求項９記
    載の方法。
  12. （１２）テトラヒドロキシプロピルエチレンジアミンが
    溶液の約０．１〜約５重量％の量で存在する請求項１１
    記載の方法。
