Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate concentration adjustment of a raw material for forming sheets of laver and enhance operating efficiency, by dividing the interior of a water tank into the upper and lower parts and constituting a wiper so as to slide in contact with the top surface of a filtration net. CONSTITUTION:This tank is constituted as follows. That is a filtration net 2 is horizontally spread in the interior of the water tank 1 to divide the interior of the water tank 1 into the upper chamber 4 for containing a raw material 5 for forming laver sheets and the lower chamber 6 for storing water filtered therethrough. A wiper 9 rotated and driven by a motor 8 is provided on the top surface of the filtration net 2 so as to slide in contact therewith. A raw material discharging pipe 12 communicating with the bottom part of the upper chamber 4 is provided and a water supply and draining pipe 14 communicating with the lower chamber 6 is provided.

[Conventional technologies and their problems] Raw seaweed is generally grown by different cultivation methods (pole type or floating type), cultivation locations (open sea or inner bay), differences in the degree of elongation of the raw seaweed, and differences in the cultivation method after mincing. Its fluidity changes significantly depending on the elapsed time, whether or not it is frozen, etc.

On the other hand, the paper-making process in dried nori production has a significant impact on quality, and uneven paper-making can cause cracks and tears in thin areas.
Holes may form, and thicker parts may shrink, resulting in substandard products.

For this reason, it is extremely important to maintain a constant concentration of the raw material for making seaweed, but as mentioned above, the fluidity of raw seaweed changes significantly depending on the conditions, so the concentration also changes accordingly and is not constant.

Conventionally, in order to maintain the concentration of the seaweed raw material at an appropriate value, as shown in Fig. 2, it was first stored in a water tank l, and a stirring blade 2 was rotated by a motor I9.
Stir this at 0, and if the concentration is too high, connect the water supply pipe 2.
1, water is supplied from above to lower the concentration, and conversely, when the water is too low, water is drained to the upper outside of the tank 1 through the drain pipe 22 to increase the concentration, thereby adjusting the concentration.

However, in such a case, the mesh of the filtration net 26 that covers the entire circumference of the drainage pump 25 tends to become clogged, and the drainage effect is weak, making it difficult to raise the concentration to an appropriate value. For this reason, it was necessary to reduce the amount of water and set the concentration of the seaweed material 5 higher than the appropriate value in advance, resulting in poor work efficiency.

Furthermore, when sending the nori raw material 5 that has reached an appropriate concentration in the water tank 1 to the next process, it is flowed out via a feed pump 28 through a raw material outflow pipe 27 that communicates with the water tank 1 from below. When the surface lowered, the moisture 7 in the filter net 26 mixed into the raw material 5 for making seaweed, so that the concentration of the raw material 5 decreased midway through the flow. For this reason, there was a drawback that it was not possible to supply the raw material for making seaweed with the expected concentration.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention aims to solve these conventional problems, and for this purpose, a filtration net is stretched horizontally in an aquarium and seaweed is filtered inside the aquarium. The upper chamber is divided into an upper chamber where the raw material is stored and a lower chamber where the water filtered from the upper chamber is stored. The concentration adjustment tank is provided with a raw material outflow pipe communicating with the lower chamber and a water supply and drainage pipe communicating with the lower chamber.

[Operation] Since the co-wiper prevents clogging of the filtration net, moisture is quickly moved between the upper and lower chambers when adjusting the concentration of the seaweed material, allowing for proper water supply and drainage.

[Embodiment] Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1. Reference numeral 1 denotes a water tank, and a filter net 2 is horizontally stretched at a height slightly below the middle of the tank. The filtering net 2 is a flat plate made of metal and has small holes 3 formed over its entire surface to form a mesh shape. The upper surface of the filtering net 2 is an upper chamber 4, and inside the upper chamber 4, a raw material 5 for making seaweed, which is a mixture of water and fresh seaweed, is stored. 6 is a lower chamber in which water 7 filtered from the seaweed material 5 is stored.

Further, a wiper 9 rotatably driven by a motor 8 is disposed below the upper chamber 4 so as to be in sliding contact with the upper surface of the filter net 2. 10 is a drive shaft of the motor 8, and its tip is fixed to the center of the back surface of the wiper 9. A flat stirring blade 11 is integrally attached to the middle of the drive shaft 10, and is formed to rotate together with the wiper 9 within the upper chamber 4.

4 is a water supply pipe 15 and a drain pipe 1, respectively, below the water tank l.
It branches into 6. The container pipe 15.16 is provided with a normally closed solenoid valve 1-7.18, and the water supply pipe 15 communicates with a water source (not shown).

In the concentration adjustment tank configured in this way, when diluting the concentration of the nori raw material 5 contained in the upper chamber 4, the solenoid valve 1 is used.
7 to allow dilution water to flow into the lower chamber 6 from the water supply pipe 15. Then, the water passes through the filter net 2 and passes through the upper chamber 4.
The raw material 5 is mixed with the seaweed raw material 5 to reduce the concentration of the raw material 5.

On the other hand, if you want to increase the concentration, open the solenoid valve 18 and drain the water 7 accumulated in the lower chamber 6 through the water supply and drainage pipe 14. The water is drained to the outside through the drain pipe 16. As a result, the moisture in the upper chamber 4 is also reduced through the filter net 2, and the concentration of the seaweed material 5 increases in proportion to this. Since the wiper 9 is constantly rotating and in sliding contact with the upper surface of the filter net 2, the filter net 2 is not clogged, and moisture can smoothly move between the upper chamber 4 and the lower chamber 6.

Further, the stirring blade 1 provided on the drive shaft 10 together with the wiper 9
1 constantly rotates in the upper chamber 4, stirring the nori raw material 5 even during water supply and drainage, so that the concentration becomes uniform.

The seaweed raw material 5 whose concentration has been adjusted to an appropriate value by the above-mentioned water supply and drainage action directly flows out from the upper chamber 4 through the raw material outflow pipe 12 and is sent to the next process via the feed pump 13. At this time, the water stored in the lower chamber 6 is maintained as it is and does not mix into the seaweed material 5, so that the appropriate concentration of the material 5 does not decrease during outflow.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above through the embodiments, according to the present invention, the filtration net is not clogged by the rotation of the wiper, so that the filtration action can be properly maintained at all times.

Therefore, it is easy to adjust the concentration of the raw material for making seaweed, which has the advantage of increasing work efficiency. In addition, since the raw material for making seaweed leaves is directly discharged from the upper chamber, moisture from the lower chamber does not mix in during the flow, which has the effect of maintaining an appropriate concentration.
