Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable carrying of a forming material having good accuracy to next stage by casting under projected condition so as to insert tips of plural ejecting pins at non-product part into non-product part in the forming material and ejecting the forming material by ejecting pins after forming.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of opening the die 2 and advancing the plate 7, the forming material 4 is detached from the surface of die 2 to the front side and at an upper face tapered part in a projecting part 2a, a gap between the forming material 4 and the surface is formed. The ejecting pins 6 at non-product part support the non-product part 4b, to hold the forming material 4 under condition coinciding with the forming center. The boss part of non-product part 4b in this forming material 4 is held by a lower end chuck part 9a of a take-out device 9 advancing in the die 2, and by retreating action of this chuck part 9a, the forming material 4 is taken out from the ejecting pins 6 at non-product part and carried to the next stage.
