【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)固定子コイルを巻回した平板状の固定子鉄心と、
該固定子鉄心に対し一定の平行な間隙のもとに配設され
た移動体とを有するリニアモータにおいて、前記移動体
の停止位置における前記固定子鉄心が少なくとも一方側
の端部のコイルスペース部に吸引用コイルを巻回してな
るとともに、該吸引用コイルを巻回したコイルスペース
部の歯と同一ピッチで前記移動体に歯を設けてなること
を特徴とするリニアモータの停止装置。
