Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the size and to enhance the reliability of a voltage generator circuit by generating a reverse bias voltage of an avalanche photodiode using a predetermined oscillator, a diode, and a capacitor connector without using a high frequency transformer.
CONSTITUTION: A digital semiconductor integrated circuit for a CMOS logic IC1 has 6 inverters 1∼6, an oscillator is composed of the inverters 1, 2, resistors R1∼R2, capacitor C19, the output is input to the other inverters 3∼6, and fed as the outputs of oscillators OSC1∼4. Further, it is composed of 18 silicon switching diodes D1∼D18, and capacitors C1∼C18 provided between predetermined diodes in the type in which 9 stages of half-wave single-phase double voltage rectifiers are connected in cascade. Thus, the 4 oscillators OSC1∼4 which oscillate in the same frequency are used to suppress the voltage drop at the time of supplying a current.
