[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a knitted fabric that prevents friction melting, and more particularly to a circular knitted fabric having a double laminated loop structure with an inner layer forming loop made of cotton yarn and an outer layer forming loop made of synthetic fiber. [Prior Art] In general, circular knitted fabrics have excellent athletic performance such as stretchability and fit, and are therefore widely used in the field of sports clothing. In terms of materials, synthetic fibers such as polyester fibers and polyamide fibers are used on the front side of the knitted fabric in order to withstand hard movements and to provide easy care. However, while synthetic fibers are used on the front side of the knitted fabric and do not cause any problems on the ground, they do have the disadvantage of melting and tearing if they slide violently on the floor of a gymnasium or the like. As methods for preventing this, methods using various finishing agents or special thread materials have been proposed. [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, the method using a finishing agent causes a large change in texture, increases cost, and is not yet satisfactory in terms of durability after repeated washing. A method using a special thread material has also been proposed, but the cost increase due to thread processing is unavoidable. The present invention compensates for these conventional drawbacks and provides a low-cost knitted fabric that is excellent in preventing friction melting. [Means for solving the problem] In the present invention, all the needle loops constituting at least one side of the double-sided circular knitted fabric are formed of double laminated loops consisting of an inner layer forming loop made of cotton yarn and an outer layer forming loop made of synthetic fiber. It is a knitted fabric that prevents friction melting. Unlike conventional methods that attempted to prevent friction melting by using surface treatments or special yarn materials, this invention focuses on the tissue structure of the knitted fabric and combines it with existing yarn materials to create a knitted fabric that prevents friction melting. This is what you get. In this invention, at least one side of the double-sided circular knitted fabric is formed by a double laminated loop consisting of an inner layer forming loop made of cotton yarn and an outer layer forming loop made of synthetic fiber, so if it slides violently on the floor of a gymnasium etc., the impact energy will be absorbed first by the synthetic fiber. The energy is absorbed by the outer layer-forming loop, and then dispersed and absorbed by the inner layer-forming loop of cotton yarn, so that the energy is diffused in stages, so that almost no energy is accumulated in the knitted fabric, and melting due to friction can be prevented. That is, conventional methods for preventing friction melting have been improved by increasing the smoothness of the surface of the knitted fabric, but the present invention focuses on the loop structure of the knitted fabric and prevents friction melting by diffusing energy. The configuration of the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, a 1 , a 2 , a 3 , and a 4 indicate dial needles of a circular knitting machine, and b 1 , b 2 , b 3 , and b 4 indicate cylinder needles. At the first yarn feeder, two yarns are fed as follows. One thread is all dial needles a 1 , a 2 ,
Feed the yarn so that it can form a loop with a 3 and a 4 , and the other yarn feeds all the dial needles a 1 , a 2 , a 3 , and a 4
While forming a loop with cylinder needles b 2 and b 4 , perform a tack knot. At the second yarn feeder, all the cylinder needles b 1 , b 2 , b 3 , and b 4 form a loop. Next, at the third yarn feeder and the fourth yarn feeder, the same process as in the first and second yarn feeders described above is repeated. As shown in FIG. 2, the obtained knitted fabric is a double laminated loop knitted fabric in which one side is formed of an inner layer loop A made of cotton yarn and an outer layer loop B made of synthetic fiber. In this knitted fabric, impact energy due to sliding or the like is absorbed by the outer layer loop B, which is larger than the elastic force, and the frictional heat diffused prevents melting. [Example] Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained with reference to an example. Example Using double circular knitted fabric MK-20 gauge manufactured by Okuma Tekko Co., Ltd., with the structure shown in Figure 1, 30/1 s cotton yarn was attached to A, B, B,
A knitted fabric was made using 150 denier polyester false twisted yarn. As a control, a normal double-sided knitted fabric and Motsuku Milano rib were made using 150 denier polyester false twisted yarn. After finishing the above three types of knitted fabrics under the same dyeing conditions, practical tests and model tests were conducted, and the results are shown in the table below.

[Effects of the invention] The anti-friction melting fabric of the invention is not improved by surface treatment or special yarn material, so there is no change in the texture of the fabric, and there is no problem with durability due to washing. It is very economical with no cost increase. In addition, the knitted fabric does not cause accidents due to excessive slippage, making it an excellent and highly safe sports garment. In addition, since the outer layer loops on the surface are made of synthetic fibers, a knitted fabric that is strong enough for outdoor use can be obtained.
