Claims (1)
- ＩＣのパツケージに当接する低面と、ＩＣのリ
ード先端部に摺触する側面とを有するプツシヤ片
を介して、ＰＬＣＣ形ＩＣ及びＳＯＪ形ＩＣの何
れか一方を押圧してＩＣ測定ソケツト内に挿入す
る構造のＩＣ測定部用のプツシヤ装置において、
前記プツシヤ片がリードに摺触する面に、硬質の
電気絶縁性材料のコーテイングを施したことを特
徴とする、ＩＣハンドラ用のＩＣ測定部のプツシ
ヤ装置。
