自動復帰型サーモスイツチを備え、このサーモス
イツチのＯＦＦ動作により湯沸し動作から保温動
作に切換えるものにおいて、通電時にＯＮするＮ
Ｏ接点と非通電時にＯＮするＮＣ接点とを切換え
るリレースイツチを有する第１のリレーと、通電
時にＯＦＦするリレースイツチを有する第２のリ
レーとを備え、上記第１のリレーのＮＯ接点を湯
沸しヒータを介して、ＮＣ接点を保温ヒータと第
２のリレーのコイルとの並列回路を介して電源に
夫々接続すると共に、第１のリレーコイルを上記
第２のリレーのリレースイツチ及び上記自動復帰
型サーモスイツチを直列に介して電源に接続した
ことを特徴とするサイフオン式コーヒーメーカー
