絶縁体ブロツク中に少くとも一端部が埋設保持さ
れた導通金具と該導通金具の埋設された一端部か
ら絶縁体ブロツク外部の高圧電源側端部への導通
路を形成するネジ部材とを有し、前記導通金具の
一端部には前記ネジ部材の外径よりも小さい径の
素孔が穿設されており、該素孔に対し前記ネジ部
材がネジ溝を刻みつつ螺入され前記導通金具と前
記ネジ部材が電気的に接続されることを特徴とす
