路の出力を相互接続すると共に、該相互接続で電
流検出回路間に流れる不平衡電流の方向及び大き
さに応じた極性の電圧を発生する電圧発生手段を
電源装置毎に設け、該電圧発生手段の発生電圧で
前記比較器の入力電圧をバイアスするように接続
