PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce number of transfer contact relays and capacitors by providing an input selection circuit at each input so as to form a multiplexer and connecting a flying capacitor circuit between the multiplexer and an input amplifier. CONSTITUTION:In selecting an input N1 of the analog signal, a relay of the input selection circuit 1 is operated in response to the input, the capacitor of the flying capacitor circuit is charged at the input N1 to activate the flying capacitor circuit 2 succeedingly and the charged capacitor is connected to the input terminal of the input amplifier 3. In this case, the voltage across the capacitor is proportional to the input N1. The voltage at the output terminal of the input amplifier 3 is measured by the A/D converter 4 to recognize the analog signal voltage at the input N1.
