<Prior Art> Conventionally, pile fabrics using polyester fibers have had problems with weaving properties, back knitting properties, and opening properties. In other words, in order to improve weavability and knitting properties, means to improve fiber cohesiveness such as twisting or interlacing the yarn are generally used, but in the case of polyester fibers, it depends on the dyeing temperature etc. Wl, the fiber assembly structure (twisted form, intertwined form due to intercourse, etc.) is fixed in form,
Even if treatments such as hair removal or polylashing are performed in subsequent steps, it becomes difficult to open the single fibers, and the quality of the surface of the pile fabric deteriorates.

Therefore, in order to solve this problem peculiar to polyester fibers, it has been proposed to use polyester fibers with a flat cross section. For example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-25645 states, ``The short fibers obtained by crimping and cutting polyester fibers with a flat cross section are boiled and dyed, and then made into slivers, which are then made into pile fabric using a pile sliver knitting machine. Further, the fabric is subjected to shifling treatment and polishing treatment to form a raised pile fabric.'' Also, JP-A-5
6-107044 discloses "artificial fur having long and short pile yarns made of polyester fibers with a flat cross section".

<Object of the Invention> However, even in these prior art techniques, it cannot be said that the problems peculiar to polyester fibers regarding weaving properties, knitting properties, and opening properties have been optically resolved. In other words, all of the above-mentioned prior arts relate to fabrics called sliver knits, which are produced by directly knitting sliver into a knitting machine, and pile fabrics, which are produced by feeding spun yarn or filament yarn to a knitting machine, as in the present invention. The technical field is different from that of textiles. In addition, in recent years, there has been a rapid increase in the demand for improved dyeing clarity and deep color properties of polyester raised pile fabrics used for furniture, vehicle interiors, and the like.

In terms of deep color, it is not as good as polyamide fibers or poly7-crylonitrile fibers. The present invention provides such weavability,
The purpose is to solve problems such as opening properties, dyeing clarity, and deep color properties.

Here, the polyester is preferably a polyester having a fullylene terephthalate unit as a main repeating unit, and polyethylene terephthalate is particularly preferred, but copolymerization of isophthalic acid, 5-sulfoisophthalic acid, methoxy-polyoxyethylene glycol, etc. as a third component is preferred. It may also be made of polyester.

In addition, when dyed in a light color, the fibers have a sense of transparency, making it easier to see the ground structure of the Nokuile fabric through the pile threads.
The appearance of pile fabrics is affected by variations in texture and defects. In addition, the influence of the direction of the pile yarn's grain has a negative effect on the quality of the appearance, resulting in the appearance of loose, uneven shading, which has a negative effect on the uniformity of the fabric surface.

The cross-sectional flat yarn preferably has a flattening ratio (L/W) of 2 to 6, where W is the width of the flat cross section and L is the length. L/W
is less than 2, the spreadability begins to deteriorate. If L/W exceeds 6, the texture will be too soft, and it will easily become flat when compressed.

In the present invention, the method used for the pile yarn, which is a flat cross-section yarn containing 0.2% by weight or more of titanium dioxide, may include blending, blending, etc.
A yarn consisting of a flat cross-section yarn of % by weight or more and other yarns, such as a yarn having a titanium dioxide content of less than 0.21i% or a yarn having a non-flat cross section, may be piled separately. Alternatively, polyester fibers with different titanium dioxide contents or polyester fibers with different cross-sectional shapes may be sequentially arranged for each fiber to create a pile fabric for interior use that has a contrasting effect of light and shade, clear and blurry. The pile length of the pile yarn is preferably 5 fi or less. ! When the length exceeds 5 m, the pile yarns collapse and the feeling of standing hair disappears, and the cross section of the M fiber becomes invisible in appearance, so the effect of the cross section of the fiber disappears, and the effect of reflection on the side of the fiber appears.

When using pile yarn as spun yarn, the twist coefficient is 2.6~
A range of 3.3 is preferred. Titanium dioxide content is 0.2
If you do not use flat cross-section yarn of more than % by weight, the fiber aggregate structure (twisted form, interlaced form, etc.) will be fixed by heat during the dyeing process, as mentioned above.

A method is used in which the twist coefficient is set to less than 3.0 (first twist), and after dyeing, double twist is applied for weaving, so that the fiber spreadability is not reduced. However, in this case, since the fabric is twisted, weavability is insufficient, and the process of twisting after dyeing becomes complicated. However, in the case of the present invention, even if the twist coefficient is increased to 2.6 to 3.3, there is little effect on the spreadability of the pile yarn.

If it is less than 2.6, the cohesiveness is insufficient, resulting in a marked increase in thread breakage during back weaving, as well as an increase in flaws and defects in the fabric.

When it exceeds 3.5, the spreadability of the pile yarn deteriorates, and the surface of the pile yarn takes on a rough, hard, scar-like appearance. Furthermore, even if a plurality of spun yarns are aligned and twisted in advance and then dyed, a pile fabric with much better spreadability than conventional methods can be obtained.
