実施例を示す回路図であり、第２図は、従来の多
値論理入力回路がＡＤ変換器に用いられた例を示
す回路図である。 １：入力端子、２：差動増幅回路、３，４：電
流ミラー回路からなる能動負荷回路、５：定電流
源回路、６：基準電圧源回路、７：バイアス電圧
源、８，９：電流ミラー回路、１０〜１２：重み
付けされた定電流源回路。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１と第２の能動負荷回路を具え、該第２の能
    動負荷回路からの出力を信号入力側に帰還を掛け
    た差動増幅回路、該第１と該第２の能動負荷回路
    からの出力をシングルエンド化する出力段、該出
    力段からの出力が供給される第３の電流ミラー回
    路、該第３の電流ミラー回路のＮ個の出力段に接
    続された重み付けされたＮ個の定電流源回路を具
    え、該第３の電流ミラー回路のＮ個の出力段に対
    応する該Ｎ個の定電流源回路との夫々の接続点か
    ら得られる出力によつて、デジタル信号を得るこ
    とを特徴とする多値論理入力回路。
