Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は金属製の箱型の天井パネルに関する。
この種の天井パネルは隣り合う天井パネル間に
側目地を形成して天井面に取付けると立体感があ
り、意匠効果にすぐれている。側壁のみを設けた
天井パネルは野縁への取付けが確実にできないの
で、従来の天井パネルでは、側壁に内方に折曲げ
た取付片を連継して、取付片によつて野縁への取
付けを確実にしている。取付片どうしを溶接によ
つて連結し、天井パネルが変形しないようになつ
ている。取付片の肉厚が薄い場合は溶接が困難で
ある。
本考案は前述の欠点を改良するものである。す
なわち、多角形の底板の辺に側壁を設け、側壁に
内方に折曲げた取付片を設け、隣り合う側壁の取
付片を重ね合わせ、上方の取付片の、下方の取付
片に重ね合つた部分を下方に突出して凹部を設
け、凹部内に固定部品を没入させ、固定部品で、
上方の取付片と下方の取付片を連結した、金属製
の天井パネルである。
本考案の特徴は、ビス、リベツトなどの固定部
品で取付片どうしを連結するので取付片の肉厚に
無関係に取付片を連結できる。しかも、固定部品
は上方の取付片の凹部に没入しているので、天井
パネルを野縁に取付けた場合、取付片が野縁又は
取付部材に面接触するので、安定した取付けがで
きるとともに意匠効果がよい。
本考案の実施例を図面において説明する。
アルミニウムの四角形の底板１の一方の対向し
た辺２，３に同じ突出寸法の突出片４1，５1およ
び同じ突出寸法の取付片６，７をそれぞれ設け、
突出片４1，５1を辺２，３よりそれぞれ直角に内
方向に折曲げて側壁４，５を形成し、取付片６，
７をさらに直角に内方向に折曲げてある。底板１
の他方の対向した辺８，９に突出片４1，５1より
わずか長く、同じ突出寸法の突出片１０1，１１1
および同じ突出寸法の取付片１２，１３をそれぞ
れ設け、突出片１０1，１１1を辺８，９よりそれ
ぞれ直角に内方向に折曲げて側壁１０，１１を形
成し、取付片１２，１３をさらに直角に内方向に
折曲げてある。
取付片１２，１３の両端には、あらかじめ、上
方に突出した突出部１４，１５をそれぞれ設け、
凹部１６，１７をそれぞれ形成してあり、取付片
６，１２、および取付片７，１２は重り合い、取
付片６，１３および取付片７，１３は重り合つて
いる。
凹部１６，１７に没入する頭部１８を有する固
定部品としてのリベツト１９を突出部１４と取付
片６，７および突出部１５と取付片６，７に挿通
し、頭部１８を凹部１６，１７に没入させ、取付
片６，７より突出した部分２０をかしめて取付片
６と取付片１２，１３および取付片７と取付片１
２，１３を連結する（第３図）。
前述の実施例では、取付片１２，１３が取付片
６，７の上方に位置しているが、その逆にするこ
ともできる。
天井パネルを天井面に取付けるには、たとえば
第４図のように、野縁受け２１に取付金具２２を
介して吊下げられた野縁２３の取付片２４の下面
に、隣り合う天井パネルの取付片１２，１３を衝
接させ、断面コ状の保持部材２５の下片２６を取
付片１２，１３の下方より衝接させ、上片２７に
ねじ止めしたちようねじ２８を取付片２４の上面
に圧着させて天井パネルを固定する。
本考案は内方に折曲げた取付片どうしを固定部
品で連結するので天井パネルが強固となり、しか
も取付片の表面より固定部品は突出してないので
取付片が野縁などに面接触して取付けられ、その
取付けが安定し、かつ意匠効果がよくなる。

図、第４図は同天井パネルを天井面に取付けた側

  1. 多角形の底板１の辺２，３，８，９に側壁４，
    ５，１０，１１を設け、側壁４，５，１０，１１
    に内方に折曲げた取付片６，７，１２，１３を設
    け、隣り合う側壁４，５，１０，１１の取付片
    ６，７，１２，１３を重ね合わせ、上方の取付片
    １２，１３の、下方の取付片６，７に重ね合つた
    部分を下方に突出して凹部１６，１７を設け、凹
    部１６，１７内に固定部品１９を没入させ、固定
    部品１９で上方の取付片１２，１３と下方の取付
    片６，７を連結した、金属製の天井パネル。
