解炉、５…溶湯、６…溶湯により溶けて開口を形
成する部位、７…シール材、８…湯口部、９…チ
ヤンバ底部の薄い肉厚部、１０…チヤンバ底部の
融点の低い部材。
図および第３図はチヤンバ底部の湯漏れした溶湯
によつて溶けて開口を形成する部位の断面図であ
る。 １…鋳型、２…チヤンバ、３…排気口、４…溶
解炉、５…溶湯、６…溶湯により溶けて開口を形
成する部位、７…シール材、８…湯口部、９…チ

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 通気性を有する鋳型または金型を設置する
気密チヤンバ底部の１ケ所あるいは複数ケ所に湯
漏れした溶湯によつて溶けて開口を形成する部位
を設けたことを特徴とする吸引または減圧鋳造装
置の気密チヤンバ。 (2) 湯漏れした溶湯によつて溶けて開口する部
位が、気密チヤンバ底部を構成する材料と同一で
板厚だけが薄く構成されている実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載の気密チヤンバ。 (3) 湯漏れした溶湯によつて溶けて開口する部
位が、気密チヤンバ底部を構成する材料より融点
の低い材料で構成されている実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の気密チヤンバ。
