２図は従来の遊星減速型スタータを示す断面図で
ある。 図中、２は電機子回転軸、３はヨーク、３ａは
ヨークの大径部、３ｂはヨークの段差部、４は内
歯歯車、５はフロントブラケツト、１６はセンタ
ーブラケツト、１７は軸受である。尚、図中同一
符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。
２図は従来の遊星減速型スタータを示す断面図で
ある。 図中、２は電機子回転軸、３はヨーク、３ａは
ヨークの大径部、３ｂはヨークの段差部、４は内
歯歯車、５はフロントブラケツト、１６はセンタ
ーブラケツト、１７は軸受である。尚、図中同一
符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 遊星歯車減速装置を内蔵したスタータにお
いて、フロントブラケツトに直結される電動機の
環状ヨークを、その先端部を大径とした２段環状
に構成するとともに、その先端大径部の内周に遊
星歯車減速装置の内歯歯車を形成し、かつ上記ヨ
ークの段差部の角部にセンターブラケツトを取付
けたことを特徴とする遊星減速型スタータ。 (2) センターブラケツトの内周に嵌着された軸
受にて電機子回転軸を支承するようにしたことを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
遊星減速型スタータ。
