Abstract

PURPOSE:To cut down a process of operation and to improve the strength, by extending a wire material from a wire material temporarily fitting part of a bobbin to form an extension, and by fitting firmly a reinforcing material from the temporarily fitting part over to the extension of a coil. CONSTITUTION:A coil element 12 is formed by winding a wire material round a bobbin 11. The bobbin 11 is provided with flanges on both sides, and parts 14-16 for fitting the wire material temporarily are formed in the outer peripheral portion of one flange. The end part of the wire material constituting the coil element 12 is folded back with an arbitrary length in arbitrary times forward and backward and further put together in one to form each of coil extensions 18-20. Moreover, the extensions 18-20 are arranged in juxtaposition and held from above and below between sheet materials 31 and 32 as reinforcing materials. According to this construction, a function as a lead wire can be given to the extensions 18-20 themselves. Consequently, an operating process is cut down, and false wiring and imperfections in insulation and continuity can be prevented. Besides, the use of the reinforcing materials enables the increase in strength of the extensions.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, the wire constituting the coil part is temporarily fixed to the wire temporary fixing part provided on the bobbin, and the wire is extended from this temporary fixing part to form the extension part. This extension itself can have the function of a lead wire, so there is no need to assemble the lead wire, such as stripping the lead wire, crimping the crimp terminal, and press-fitting the terminal into the housing, thereby simplifying the work process. It has the advantage that it is shorter, the production cost is lower, and the lead wire itself is not required. Further, since a lead wire is not required, there is no need to connect the wire material constituting the coil portion with the lead wire, and incorrect wiring, poor insulation, and poor conduction can be prevented.

テーピングや絶縁チューブの挿入作業も不要である。There is no need for taping or inserting insulation tubes.

Further, since the reinforcing material is fixed across the temporary fixing portion and the extension portion of the coil, the strength of the extension portion can be increased.
