PURPOSE:To obtain amino acids utilizable for foods, cosmetics, etc., at a low cost, by fermenting a hydrated raw material of compost produced by mixing animal dung, rice straw, sawdust, etc., and hydrolyzing the fermentation product with hydrochloric acid under heating.
