の相手部品への取付側面にブラケツトの基部を固
定するとともに、このブラケツト上に取付用の樹
脂クリツプを嵌め込み、かつこの樹脂クリツプの
先端を相手部品に形成された取付孔に弾性嵌合さ
せることにより前記内装部品を相手部品に固定す
るものにおいて、 前記ブラケツトは、一対の取付フランジ面と、
各取付フランジ面の中央に一段高く形成された平
板状のクリツプ座面からなり、かつ前記クリツプ
座面には、樹脂クリツプを弾性嵌合する嵌合孔が
楕円状に形成され、この嵌合孔中を樹脂クリツプ
が一方向に沿つて微小移動可能に装着されている
とともに、この嵌合孔のほぼ中央部に樹脂クリツ
プを位置決めする一対の位置決め用突起が嵌合孔
周縁の所定箇所に形成されていることを特徴とす
