In other words, in a so-called electromagnetic cooker, magnetic lines of force are emitted from a coil built into the cooking table, and eddy currents are induced in the bottom of a metal kettle or pot placed on top of the coil, causing the kettle or pot itself to generate heat. cannot use kettles or pots made of non-magnetic absorbing materials such as aluminum or copper, and cannot be cooked without using kettles or pots made of magnetically absorbing materials such as iron, stainless steel, or nickel. It was hot. Therefore,
In order to effectively utilize the heat generated by magnetic force, clad steel, a multilayer steel plate, is now widely used. However, when kettles were conventionally manufactured using such special steel materials, there was a drawback that rust formed inside the spout of the kettle. That is, in the conventional kettle, as shown in FIG. 3, the opening edge 12a of the spout body 12 on the side of the inlet is abutted against and welded to the outer edge of the opening 13 formed in the body 11. Therefore, rust generated from the open end of the opening 13 formed of clad steel using iron or the like has no choice but to be anchored inside the body 11. Furthermore, in the conventional kettle as shown in FIG. 4, as well as in the structure shown in FIG. The problem was that it rusted.

On the other hand, the spout body is made of corrosion-resistant sawn material and is fitted into the opening from the inside of the body. The gist is that the engaging edge portion and the engaging end portion are welded.
This product successfully prevents rust inside a clad steel kettle.

The end of the injection tube is fitted inside the opening 5. The engagement edge 3 is formed by bending the opening edge of the opening 5 toward the body 1. At this time, the clad steel forming the fuselage 1 is of a three-layer structure in which stainless steel 9 with a thickness of 0.1 mm is superposed on both sides of a plate made of iron material 8 with a thickness of 0.8 mm. The stainless steel on the body surface is planned to be 18-10 stainless steel.

An end 4 is provided. Then, insert the spout side of the spout body 2 into the opening 5 from inside the body 1,
The engaging end portion 4 and the engaging edge portion 3 are welded together in an engaged state (see FIG. 2). At this time, the pouring spout body 2 is planned to be made of stainless steel 10, and this stainless steel 10 is a material that is slightly different from the stainless steel 9 of the clad steel surface forming the body 1. -8 stainless steel is planned. Further, the engaging edge portion 3 and the engaging end portion 4 are welded together by an argon welding method.

きる。 That is, an opening 5 is formed in the side surface of the body 1 of the kettle made of clad steel, and an engaging edge 3 is formed by bending the edge of the opening 5 toward the outside of the body 1. The spout body 2 is made of corrosion-resistant lumber and is fitted into the opening 5 from the inside of the body 1. An engaging end 4 is formed on the opening edge of the spout body 2 to be engaged with the engaging edge 3. By welding the edge 3 and the engaging end 4, the open end of the aperture 5 of the clad steel body 1 is exposed on the outer surface of the body 1. Therefore, even if rust occurs from the ends of the clad steel, this rust will occur on the outside of the kettle, and unlike conventional kettles using clad steel, the body 11 and spout body 1
It is possible to prevent rust from forming inside the welded part with 2.
