[Detailed description of the invention] [Technical field to which the invention pertains] This invention is used by being incorporated into a vending machine, an automatic ticket vending machine, an automatic money changer, etc., and after distinguishing the inserted banknotes, they are stacked and stored according to denomination. , a banknote processing device that dispenses specific denominations, such as 1,000 yen banknotes, as change or small denomination banknotes to be exchanged based on instructions, and is particularly capable of handling banknotes, maintenance,
This article relates to a device configured to easily handle failures. [Prior art and its problems] Recently, the products handled by vending machines have become increasingly expensive, and the prices of tickets, for example, sold by automatic ticket vending machines have become higher, so that payments are made using 10,000 yen bills or 5,000 yen bills. Increasingly, this is done using bills. Therefore, it became necessary to use 1,000 yen bills and coins as change. Traditionally, in most cases, all change was made in coins, so if the payment was in 10,000 yen or 5,000 yen bills, there was no reception desk.
In many cases, there is no such service, and even if it is accepted, it is not only time-consuming but also very inconvenient for customers. Therefore, if you are paying with a high-value banknote of -F, i, i, you can either have it exchanged for a 1,000 yen banknote at a manned counter, or
Exchange 10,000 yen bills and 5,000 yen bills for 1,000 yen bills. They used the simple automatic money exchange machine attached to the building. Also, when dispensing multiple 1,000 yen bills as change as described above, instead of preparing 1,000 yen bills exclusively for dispensing, it would be better to store the inserted 1,000 yen bills in a stack and then use them for dispensing. It's convenient. In other words, 1,000 yen banknotes will be recycled. Bank automatic deposit/payment machines have already been recycling banknotes for three or four years. Here, the range was expanded to include all denominations of banknotes. However, the device was quite large and the cost was quite high. Therefore, vending machines that handle general high-value items and tickets,

There is a strong demand for the development of small JFJ. Moreover, the technical conditions and 12 are even more severe in terms of payout. In conventional money exchange or payment machines, one person organizes and stores the issued banknotes in a predetermined location. Against this 1. This banknote processing machine allows people to make payments (
Since the banknotes (injected) are mechanically stacked and stored,
This is because the heat regulation in the stored state is comparable to that done by humans. At the same time, the user is responsible for not only handling the equipment but also maintenance and troubleshooting. It is important that the equipment is configured in such a way that it can be easily handled, and this is a problem that is directly connected to the reliability of the equipment. From a technical standpoint, it can be said that reducing the cost and reducing the size of 5) is an extremely difficult task.As mentioned in 1. Recently, there has been a particular increase in the market need for a banknote handling device that can classify and store the three denominations of 1,000 yen banknotes and use them for dispensing. However,
Unless the issues of high reliability, low cost, and miniaturization are solved, and at the same time equipment is easy to handle, maintain, and troubleshoot, widespread use will not be possible. [Purpose of the Invention] The purpose of this invention is to solve the problems of the conventional ones, to classify and store the inserted banknotes of multiple denominations, and to store banknotes of one denomination among them based on the directive. It is possible to use 1,000 yen bills for dispensing from the stored items, and it is also highly reliable, low cost, compact, and especially easy to handle, maintain, and troubleshoot the device. It is an object of the present invention to provide a banknote processing device. [Summary of the Invention] The main points of the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned objects are twofold and 162 when configured as shown below. The CJ banknote conveyance road surface and its surroundings are relatively difficult to handle, require maintenance, and have a high risk of failure. Therefore, it is necessary to enable the related mechanical parts to be moved appropriately so that the configuration 1--the banknote transport path surface is exposed. To this end, (1) A banknote discrimination mechanism and a storage mechanism for dispensing 1,000 yen banknotes. The storage mechanisms for other denominations are arranged so as to be stacked one on top of the other. (2) A bill dispensing mechanism for dispensing is arranged at the negative side and front position of the 1,000 yen bill storage mechanism. (3) Two mechanisms for temporarily storing banknotes fed out and sent out below the banknote feeding mechanism: one mechanism for temporarily storing banknotes fed out in a normal state, and the other mechanism for temporarily storing banknotes fed out in a normal state; A reject banknote storage section □ is installed to temporarily store rejected banknotes as rejected banknotes. (4) A banknote transport path is provided to connect the outlet 11 of the banknote validating mechanism and the entrance of each banknote storage mechanism, and to connect the banknote feeding mechanism and banknote temporary storage mechanism, respectively. At the bottom, there is a banknote conveying path passing through the inside of the banknote validating mechanism, a banknote conveying path connecting the exit of the banknote validating mechanism and the entrance of each banknote storage mechanism, and a banknote conveying path leading from the banknote dispensing mechanism to the banknote temporary storage mechanism. Three main conveyance road surfaces are formed. Further, related mechanism sections are configured to be able to expose each of the three main conveyance path surfaces. Furthermore, when each of the three main conveyance path surfaces is exposed, each of the surrounding mechanical parts can be approached. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, the entire structure of the embodiment device will be schematically explained using a side view showing the arrangement of the main mechanical parts shown in FIG. 50 is a banknote discrimination mechanism; 20^, 20B, and 20C are a 1,000-yen banknote storage area, a 10,000-yen banknote storage area, and a 5,000-yen banknote storage area; 40 is a banknote feeding mechanism; 60 is a take-out banknote storage mechanism; 81 is a beam eject The banknote storage game, 9o is a power source storage part. And famous banknote storage area 20A. 20[1, 20C have a common banknote storage mechanism 20
In the case of a 1,000 yen bill as a dispensing banknote, there is a bill storage bottom plate section that is different from that in the case of a 11,000,000 yen bill or a 5,000 yen bill. I will talk about this banknote storage bottom plate part one minute later. There are the following mechanical parts or members that serve to connect the above-mentioned mechanical parts. Banknote discrimination mechanism 50 and each banknote storage location 2OA, 201
There is a banknote guide plate 19b between the banknote storage gate mechanism 1 and 20C. This is to switch the conveyance path for sending the banknotes sent from the banknote validating mechanism 50 to the respective banknote storage locations according to the type thereof. The banknote storage gate mechanism 19 switches the sent banknotes either in the direction of each banknote storage location 2OA, 20B or in the direction of the banknote storage location. The rack 19a has a fixed gate function for only the 5F yen banknote storage area along with the guide + Ji 19b.In addition, each banknote 11y storage area 2OA, 2(H+, 2

A feed roller 28 is provided. Next, a bill position regulating lever 26 is provided between the thousand yen bill storage space 20^ and the bill feeding mechanism 40 that feeds out the thousand yen bills stored there. This banknote position regulating lever 26 is used to block new banknotes in order to position them at a predetermined position when storing them, and to rotate clockwise around a predetermined axis to dispose new banknotes. The blocking state is released, and after the bill dispensing operation is completed, the bill returns to the counterclockwise direction and serves to push the bills remaining in the bill dispensing mechanism section 40 back to the original predetermined storage position. Here, the already mentioned banknote storage bottom plate section will be specifically described. The 1,000 yen bill storage space 20^ is equipped with a bottom plate elevating mechanism to raise and lower stored banknotes and position them differently when storing new banknotes and when dispensing them, and to ensure each operation. 30 is provided at the lower part of the thousand yen bill storage mechanism 20. Storage location 2 for other 10,000 yen bills and 5,000 yen bills
0B and 20C are provided with a bottom plate portion having a simple structure with a leaf spring 98 provided on the lower surface. This is because only banknotes are stored here. Furthermore, a bill feeding machine t#40 and a bill receiving mechanism (jO

96, etc., and a switch n, 476, etc., for switching the conveyance direction to each of the ejected banknote storage mechanism (in, ') and the eject banknote storage case 81 are provided. The structure is roughly as shown in "2. Next, the operation of this embodiment device will be described based on FIG. 1 as well. After the banknotes inputted into the banknote discrimination mechanism 50 from the direction (2) have their authenticity and denomination determined in this mechanism, they are usually
It is carried out in the direction. Certain specific provisions (!1, for example, if the bill is not recognized as genuine or if the customer withdraws the transaction intention, the inserted bill will be returned. In other words, the reverse of the inserted bill) J' It will be thrown in the opposite direction. Now, the banknotes carried out in the direction of arrow P from the banknote validating mechanism 50 are sent to the banknote storage location corresponding to the denomination, and the switching of the conveyance path 1 [) for this purpose is based on the banknote denomination signal. This is performed by the switching operation of the storage gate mechanism 19. That is, for example, in the case of a thousand yen bill, the bill storage gate mechanism 19 belonging to the bill storage location 2OA moves to the position indicated by the solid line as shown in the figure, and the conveyance path is switched in the direction of the arrow J1, and the bill storage mechanism 2
It is stored within 0. Conversely, if it is not a 1,000 yen bill, the bill storage gate mechanism 19 moves to the two-dot-dashed line position and continues to P.
It will be transported in the same direction and proceed to the next storage location. Note that when a thousand yen bill is stored, the bill position regulating lever 26 is in the position shown in the figure, and the bill that has been conveyed is
1 +L L, works to determine the banknote storage position. Similarly, in the case of a 10,000 yen bill, the bill storage gate mechanism 19 belonging to the storage location 20B moves to the position indicated by the solid line based on the denomination signal, and the bill is switched to the J2 direction and stored. In this case as well, the banknote storage position is determined by another mt main section shown. However, in the case of a 5,000 yen bill, since it is the final bill, there is no need to change the conveyance path, and it is conveyed and stored in the direction of arrow J3. In addition, the feeding lit- lit installed between each banknote storage mechanism 20
The roller 28 has the function of ensuring banknote conveyance during that time. The construction of the bottom plate section for stacking and storing banknotes is different from that for 1,000 yen banknotes to that for other banknotes. In other words, in the case of 1,000 yen banknotes, when storing the banknotes, the bottom plate is adjusted (1'/positioned) so that the surface of the stored banknotes does not come into strong contact with the first general feeding route of the storage mechanism. Then, when the banknotes are fed out for dispensing, the surface of the stored banknotes comes into strong contact with the conveyor/bell 1.
The adjustment position is adjusted to L. 11: By changing the contact state of the surface of the already stored banknotes with the conveyance bell 1- as described in 1., the banknote storing operation and the banknote feeding operation are reliably performed. The function of the bottom plate portion of the 10,000 yen banknote and the 5,000 yen banknote is to bring the surface of the stored banknote into weak contact with the conveyance heald by a leaf spring 98 provided below. This is because in this case, the banknotes are simply stored in a stack. The reason why the storage area for the 10,000 yen banknote was provided at the top of the 5,000 yen banknote is to shorten the transport distance as much as possible since 10,000 yen banknotes are more commonly distributed. This concludes the explanation of how banknotes of three denominations are sorted and stacked and stored when J≧l. Next, the operation of dispensing 1,000 yen bills based on the dispensing command will be described. As described above, when a payout command is issued, the bottom plate elevating mechanism 30 is operated and positioned so as to strengthen the contact pressure between the conveyor belt of the storage mechanism and the surface of stored banknotes. Next, the banknote position regulating lever 26 is rotated counterclockwise to release the banknote block, and the banknote dispensing machine side 40
operates and sends out the banknotes one by one in the direction of the arrow. The bills sent out in this manner are sent downward by the delivery roller 91 and the conveyor belt 96, proceed in the direction of arrow M, and are sent to a take-out bill storage case belonging to the take-out banknote storage mechanism 60, or to the direction of arrow N, where they are stored in the rejected banknotes. Old cases are stored separately. Here, the removed banknotes are those in the case where the delivered banknotes are in a normal condition, and can be taken out by the customer as is. On the other hand, rejected banknotes are cases where the delivered banknotes are in an irregular state, for example, multiple banknotes overlap for some reason, or banknotes that are supposed to come out at a predetermined interval come out at less than that interval. In short, it refers to banknotes that are sent out in a state where the denomination and number of banknotes to be paid out cannot be reliably redetected. Such banknotes are stored in another case, that is, the reject banknote storage case 81, and are collected later. Of course, the banknotes for payout will have to be sent out again. The switching between the ejected bill storage case and the ejected bill storage case 81 is performed by the switching member 76 that operates based on the bill detection signal. Reference numeral 77 denotes a guide member whose function is to ensure that rejected banknotes are inserted into the storage case 81. The above two types of banknote storage mechanisms will be collectively referred to as the banknote temporary storage mechanism 80. Having described the general structure and operation of the embodiment apparatus above, the main mechanical parts will now be described in more detail based on respective perspective views. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the bill validating mechanism. The banknote discrimination function section is omitted and the banknote conveyance path is mainly illustrated. The banknote discrimination mechanism 50 can be roughly divided into L from the banknote conveyance road surface.
It consists of an upper discrimination section on the one side and a lower discrimination section on the lower side. Hereinafter, each component will be explained along the flow of power transmission for bill conveyance. First, power from a power source not shown is supplied to the belt pulley 51.
0 to axis 51. This shaft 51 is the lower discrimination section 50
]7. The power that has entered the shaft 51 is transferred to the belt pulley 52 by the belt pulley 51H attached to the other shaft end.
It is transmitted to the shafts 52, 53 via 1E, 53B and toothed healds hooked thereto. Furthermore, the shafts 54, 55 .
Power is transmitted to 56, and both are rotated in the direction of the arrow shown. All of the above axes 52, 53, 54, 55, and 56 are the lower discrimination section 501. belongs to The shafts 51; 52; 54; 55; 56 each have a conveyor 11
-La 51A. 51B, 51C, 52A, 5211.52C, . . . are attached. A pressing roller is provided in opposing contact with each of the above-mentioned conveyance rollers. The reference number for this holding roller is the same as the reference number for the conveyance roller, with lowercase letters added instead of uppercase letters. For example, the reference numeral 51a is the pressure roller that conveys and comes into contact with the 1-ra 51^. All of these pressing rollers are provided in the upper discrimination section 500. However, there is no pressing roller that faces and contacts the conveyance roller of the shaft 56, and banknotes (not shown) are placed at approximately the same position. Since the configuration is as described above, when a banknote is inserted from the direction of the arrow 1, the banknote is transferred to the conveyance roller 5 provided on the shaft 52.
2A, 52B, 52G and press rollers 52a, 52b, 52c that are in opposing contact with these and are conveyed. Similarly, the banknotes are conveyed in one direction by conveyance rollers attached to shafts 54, 55, and 51, respectively, and press rollers in contact with the conveyance rollers, and along the way, various banknote sensors (not shown) check the authenticity and denomination of the banknotes. The species is identified. Then, in the normal case, it is carried out in the direction of arrow P and moves on to the next stage. If the banknotes are determined to be inauthentic,
When the customer withdraws his or her intention to make a transaction, this mechanism performs a return operation, and the bill is conveyed in the opposite direction of the arrow ■ and returned to the original insertion slot. Next, when the banknotes carried out from the banknote validation mechanism 50 are 1,000 yen banknotes, the manner in which these banknotes are stacked and stored in the banknote storage mechanism 20 and sent out for dispensing via the payout mechanism 40 based on a command will be explained. , will be explained with reference to the perspective view of FIG. 3, which shows the related mechanism parts in a diffused exploded manner. In FIG. 3, the banknote storage gate mechanism 19 is schematically shown.
, a banknote storage mechanism 20, a banknote position regulation lever 26, a banknote storage bottom plate elevating mechanism 30, and a banknote feeding mechanism 4o. The general structure and operation of the above main elemental mechanisms will be described below. The banknotes 10 carried in from the direction of arrow P are turned to the storage side by the direction change guide rail 11 of the banknote storage gate mechanism 19, and are sandwiched between the belt 5 and the press roller 12 provided at the end of the direction change guide rail 11. banknote storage mechanism 2
0. In the banknote storage mechanism 20, the banknotes 10 are transferred to the transport heald 5.
The banknotes are conveyed in such a way that they are sandwiched between the banknotes IJ2, 3 and the rotation guide plate 22, and their movement is blocked by the banknote position regulating lever 26. This [q1] stopped position is the storage position. Next, the rotation Φ11 guide plate 22 rotates approximately 1/4 around the shaft 23, and the banknote 10 is moved to the belt pulley 2 by bouncing both side edges of the banknote 10.
.. 3 below the conveyor belt 5. In this way, a new layer is formed on the surface of the stored banknotes 10^. In order to smoothly stack the banknotes IO on the surface of the stored banknotes 10A as described above, the banknote storage bottom plate elevating mechanism 30
works. That is, a support post 31 provided on the bottom plate 25 is guided and supported by guide rollers 32 so as to be movable in the vertical direction, and a rack 33 is attached to this support post 31. A pinion 34 is engaged with this rack 33,
This pinion 34 is further connected to a motor 37 via gears 36^, 36B. Based on the banknote storage command, this motor 37 first moves the bottom plate 2
5 is rotated so as to raise it twice, and once it comes into contact with the conveyor bell [5 of the banknote storage mechanism 20, it stops, and immediately after that, it rotates in a slightly reverse direction again. By this operation, the contact pressure between the surface of the stored banknotes 10 and the conveyor belt 5 becomes very small or zero. Zero means that there is no contact between the two. In the former case, when there are many stored banknotes,
In the latter case, conversely, it occurs when the number is low. Under such a contact pressure state, the banknotes 10 can be transported for storage smoothly. Next, the banknote feeding mechanism 40 is installed so as to fit into a part of the banknote storage mechanism 20. In other words, the banknote feeding roller 42
is located above the tip of the bill 10 in the storage position. 43.
Reference numeral 44 denotes a set of rollers for preventing the passage of multiple bills, and has the function of allowing only one bill to pass between the two. This banknote feeding roller 42. The multiple sheet passage prevention rollers 43 and 44 are driven by the drive shaft 41.
It is rotated in the direction of the arrow via the heald wheels 45A, 45B and the toothed heald 45C. Banknote feeding roller 42. Multiple IM over-prevention 11-roller 43
The holding frame 4!1&;i is installed so that it can rotate around the rotational axis weight i1. Moreover, this holding frame 49 has
Electromagnetic actuator 46. A spring 47 and a push shaft 48 are provided. When a banknote feeding command is issued, first, the banknote storage gate mechanism 30
is activated, the bottom plate 25 rises, and stops in a state where the surface of the stored banknotes 10^ and the four rivers 5 to be conveyed are in strong contact. Next, the electromagnetic actuator 46 operates to rotate the holding frame 49 in the direction d1 (pressing the outer peripheral surface of the bill feeding roller 42 against the surface of the stored banknotes 10. At the same time, the holding frame 49 A push shaft 48 provided at the press shaft 48 pushes one end of the banknote position regulating lever 26 and rotates it clockwise to release the stopped state of the front end surface of the stored banknotes 108. In this state, The bill dispensing roller 42 rotates a number of times according to the predetermined number of bills, and the stored bills +OA are sequentially dispensed in the direction of arrow Q and H from !- by the frictional force of the rubber unevenness installed on the circumference. Furthermore, a roller 43 for preventing the passage of multiple sheets
.. 44, only one of the banknotes 10 is allowed to be overwritten. When a predetermined number of sheets have been fed out, the electromagnetic actuator 46 is turned off based on the command, and the holding frame 4 is turned off by the spring 47.
9 rotates back counterclockwise. In this way, the outer circumferential surface of the banknote feeding roller 42 separates from the surface of the stored banknotes 10^. At the same time, the banknote position regulating lever 26 is released from the push shaft 48 and is rotated counterclockwise by the spring 28 to return to the original banknote blocking position. During the return operation process of the banknote position regulation lever, if there are multiple banknotes stuck at the passage prevention rollers 43 and 44, those banknotes are pushed back to the normal storage position, that is, the position is adjusted. It is. Next, each banknote storage mechanism 20 and storage bottom plate section will be described based on the perspective view of FIG. 4 when the banknotes discharged from the banknote discrimination mechanism 50 are 10,000 yen banknotes or 5,000 yen banknotes. The banknote storage gate mechanism 19 and the banknote storage mechanism 20 are almost the same as those for the 1,000 yen banknote. ``Habo'' means 5,000 yen banknotes at the bottom of the banknote storage gate mechanism 19.
This means that the direction change guide rail can be fixed. Further, a leaf spring 98 is provided below the bottom plate 25, and the bottom plate 25 is in weak contact with the conveyance belt of the bill storage mechanism facing the bottom plate 25. Other than 1-, the process is the same as that for the 1,000 yen bill described above, so further explanation will be omitted. In conclusion, the banknote temporary storage mechanism 80 mainly consisting of the ejection banknote storage mechanism 60 and the eject banknote storage case 81 will be explained based on the perspective view of FIG. 5. Note that FIG. 5 shows only the left half of the banknote temporary storage mechanism 80. A banknote transport path is formed by the feed rollers 92, 94, transport heald 96, and the like. A thin fan-shaped switching member 76 and a guide member 77 are both mounted on the shaft 75 at one end thereof. Furthermore, the switching member 76 is fixed to the shaft 75, and the guide member 77 is rotatably fitted onto the shaft 75 and at the same time via a weak torsion spring 78. Therefore, when the banknotes are not being conveyed, the tip of the guide member 77 is lightly pressed and in contact with the shaft to which the feed roller 92 is attached. Reference numeral 60 denotes a removed banknote storage mechanism, whose detailed structure will be described later, and only the removed banknote storage case is shown here. This is the old beam-jet banknote storage case, and a detailed structural explanation will be given later. Since the configuration is as described above, its operation is as follows. The banknotes fed out from the banknote feeding mechanism 40 (FIG. 3) are fed between the conveyance heald 96 and the feed roller 94. If the delivered bill is in a normal state, the guide member 76 is in the position shown by the solid line in response to the command. Therefore, the banknote passes over the left side surface of the guide member 76 and is thrown into the storage case of the takeout banknote storage mechanism 60. At the same time, the storage case is rotated so as to open the outlet to the outside, as will be described in detail later. In this state, the customer can take out the paid bills. Of course, once the customer finishes taking out banknotes, the storage case will automatically return to its original position and the exit will be housed inside the device. A more detailed explanation of this area will be given later. On the other hand, when the banknote sent as described above is a reject banknote, the switching member 76 moves to the position indicated by the two-dot chain line by rotation of the shaft 75. Therefore, the banknote is transferred to the switching member 7
6, the conveyor belt 96 and the guide member 77
While being sandwiched between the banknotes and the right side of the banknotes, the banknotes are fed into the reject banknote storage case 81 with a conveying force. Note that since the torsion spring 78 is weak, the force with which the guide member 77 pushes the banknote is also weak, and there is no fear that the banknote will be dented at the contact portion. Since the structure and operation of one embodiment of the present invention are as described above, the following three banknote transporting road surfaces or surfaces near the transporting road surface, X-x, y-y, and z- z can be formed. (See FIG. 1) And the banknote conveyance road surface X provided inside the banknote discrimination mechanism 50
-X is centered around the axis 11o near the front surface -1 part of the discrimination section 5
01 can be completely exposed by rotating it in the - direction until it is perpendicular to the direction of arrow V. In addition, the conveying path surface Y-Y from the banknote outlet of the banknote discriminating mechanism 50 to the banknote inlet of each banknote dispensing mechanism is the feed roller 2.
The rear part of the device including
It can be completely exposed by rotating at right angles to the J direction. Furthermore, a surface 2-2 that communicates from the bill dispensing surface to the vicinity of the ejected bill accommodating case 61 and the reject bill accommodating case 81 is connected to the re-accommodating case from the ejected bill accommodating case 61°, the reject bill accommodating case 81, and the bill dispensing mechanism 40, respectively. The mechanism section including the conveyance path up to 61.81 can be completely exposed by rotating it forward about the axis Wo at the lower end of the front surface until it becomes perpendicular to the direction of arrow W. In addition, by exposing the three banknote conveyance surfaces or the surfaces near the conveyance path, it is possible to approach each mechanical section located near these conveyance paths. Therefore, almost all of the mechanical parts can be accessed without removing any of the mechanical parts, and it becomes very easy to handle not only banknotes, maintenance, and troubleshooting, but also general operations. [Effects of the Invention] Due to the configuration and operation described below, the present invention has the following excellent effects. (+1) Most of the parts that require handling, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the device are related to banknotes, and since the conveyance path surface can be completely exposed, handling and maintenance can be easily performed, and troubleshooting can be easily done. (2) In relation to the previous item, it is possible to approach the peripheral mechanical parts of the main conveyance path, so these peripheral mechanical parts can be handled easily.Maintenance is easy, and failures that occur in these mechanical parts can be handled easily. Therefore, the reliability of the equipment can be improved. (3) In relation to the previous two items, it is possible to improve the operating rate of the equipment and reduce operating costs. I can do it.
