ドに連通する出力ポートを真空源に連通する真空
圧ポートと連通させ、第２切換位置において上記
出力ポートを圧力空気源に連通する供給ポートに
切換連通させる弁部と、ピストンで区画された２
つのパイロツト室への圧力空気の給排によつて上
記弁部を第１または第２切換位置に切換える駆動
部を設け、 上記第１及び第２のパイロツト弁は、ソレノイ
ドの励磁により上記主弁の第６及び第２のパイロ
ツト室に圧力空気を供給すると共に、その非励磁
により各パイロツト室を大気に開放する切換弁に
よつて構成し、 上記駆動部に、真空圧弁部が開放状態にあると
きに、第２のパイロツト弁を通じて第２のパイロ
ツト室へ空気が流入するのを抑止する弁機構、及
び同状態のときに第２のパイロツト室を真空源に
連通させて、真空圧弁部の開放を保持する封止弁
