トパネルと、上記インストルメントパネルコアの
一部に設けられる開口部と、この開口部の一側縁
に沿つて一体に回動自在に枢着されその自由端部
に上記開口部側縁に掛脱自在な爪部を設けたハー
ネスクリツプと、このハーネスクリツプの爪部と
インストルメントパネルコアとの間からその中途
部が挿入され、かつ上記爪部を開口部側縁に掛合
することによつてインストルメントパネルコアと
ハーサスクリツプとの間に挾圧固定されるハーネ
スとを具備したことを特徴とするインストルメン
