DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Application of the Invention] The present invention relates to a washing tub of a washing machine, and particularly to a washing tub and a lid structure in the washing tub that are suitable for preventing water from splashing.

Conventional washing tubs effectively remove bubbles during rinsing,
Furthermore, a lid was provided inside the washing tub to prevent water from splashing during washing (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 60-24891).
This was suitable for suppressing water scattering in agitation type washing machines where the stirring blade has a short reversal time and is easy to generate a large water flow. FIG. 2 shows an example of its configuration. However, in order to save space and increase washing capacity, which is the trend in recent years, the washing tub is made square to maximize the space, and in order to prevent fabric damage without reducing washing performance, the reversing time is relatively long. I have no choice but to. At this time, if the tub is rectangular and the water flow is strong, large waves will be generated in the washing tub during washing.

Conventionally, the reversal time was short and only water droplets came out of the machine, but as the capacity increases, the water flow becomes stronger, so the wave ridges tend to come out of the machine.

FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along the line 1-1 in FIG. 2 of a conventional example. A washing tub 9 provided in an outer frame 8 is provided with a step, and the washing tub inner lid 11 is hung on the step. There is. Said inner lid 11
The edges are chevron-shaped to block the water supply. In the conventional method, the inner lid of the washing tub directly receives the force of the waves of water flowing up along the washing tub, and this force lifts the inner lid several millimeters upwards.
The drawback was that water would splash out of the aircraft through the gap.

In order to prevent water from scattering by using the lid inside the washing tub without changing the speed reducer system or the shape of the tub, we installed a lid on the edge of the inner lid so that it would not be directly affected by the impact force of the waves rolling up along the washing tub. The structure is such that the force is dispersed and water is returned by providing a burr, the inner lid is lifted by the force of the waves, and a gap is not formed, and water is prevented from scattering from the gap.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. Third
In the figure, a motor pulley 4 is fixed to a washing motor 3 supported on a base 1 by a vibration isolating rubber 2, and by driving a pulley 6 with a belt 5, an outer frame 8
Gear box fixed to the bottom of the washing tub 9 installed inside
The speed is reduced in the section 7, and the stirring blades 10 are rotated to perform washing. A washing tub inner lid 11 and a washing tub lid 12 are provided at the upper end of the washing tub 9. Further, the panel 13 is provided with a control section 14 such as a washing motor 3. The washing tub inner lid 11 has a plurality of holes on the entire surface, and can effectively eliminate bubbles during washing and rinsing by supplying water to the entire surface, and can prevent water from scattering during washing and rinsing by pressing with the lid. prevent. In FIG. 4, the washing tub 9 provided within the outer frame 8 is provided with a step 15, and the washing tub inner lid 11 hangs over the step. The edge of the inner lid 11 is configured to block the supplied water, and the edge is provided with an angled slope so that the inside of the stepped portion 15 of the washing tub 9 is It's hanging on. The large water flow that occurs during washing and especially when rinsing at a high water level is
A large wave is created inside, and the wave rises along the washing tub 9. At this time, the waves are not directly affected by the force of the waves due to the burrs on the slope of the inner lid 11, but the force is dispersed, the impact force of the waves is weakened, and the waves are returned into the washing tub 9. This weakens the force of the waves, prevents the inner lid 11 from lifting upward, and prevents water from scattering through the gaps that occur at that time. Therefore, even if large waves occur, it is possible to prevent water from scattering outside the aircraft as in the conventional case.

According to the present invention, water scattering can be prevented with an extremely simple structure of using the inner lid of the washing tub and providing a simple burr on the edge of the inner lid. Therefore, it is possible to save space and increase capacity at low cost without changing the speed reducer system, tank shape, etc., and it is possible to solve problems such as getting the floor wet.
