断する表層シート用カツタにおいて、前記回転カ
ツタ刃を駆動モータ軸に直結し、かつ前記押えロ
ーラを輪状となしてその中心を前記回転カツタの
軸心に対して偏心させると共に前記押えローラの
外周面を３点以上で支持させることを特徴とする
