びエンジンの回転数制御を行ない、シフトレバー
の操作に基づいた変速を行なう車両用自動変速装
置において、ロツクアツプ機構のオン作動時に操
作レバーによるギアシフト操作がされたとき、こ
の操作に応答してロツクアツプ機構のオフ作動を
指令し、かつロツクアツプ機構のオフ直後にギア
のニユートラルへのシフトを指令し、ニユートラ
ルセツト後ロツクアツプ機構のオン作動を指令し
てからギアセツト制御を実行する制御手段とを有
