Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は肛門周辺部の清浄・清拭剤、更に詳し
くは、排便後、通常のトイレツトペーパー等で排
泄物を拭き取つたのちに肛門周辺部に残存する排
泄物を除去し易くし、また排便前に予め肛門周辺
部の皮膚に塗布しておくことにより次回の排便時
に排泄物が皮膚につきにくくしたり拭き取り易く
することにより、肛門周辺部を清潔に保持せし
め、痔疾、かぶれ、かゆみ、その他の肛門周辺部
の諸症状の悪化を防止する清浄・清拭剤組成物に
関する。 排便後の肛門の清拭・清浄処理には、一般にト
イレツトペーパーが用いられているが、温水洗浄
器や清浄綿もごく一部に利用されている。皮膚へ
の刺激や汚れの除去という点からは、温水洗浄が
最も望ましいが、温水洗浄器は価格も高く使用が
めんどうなため普及するに至つていない。清浄綿
は、１回当りのコストが高く、使用感が冷たく、
しかも水洗トイレに流せないなどの欠点がある。
このようなことから、排便後の肛門の清拭には、
トイレツトペーパーとちり紙が最も一般的に使用
されているのが実状である。 肛門の周辺部の皮膚には、細かいひだ、しわ、
毛があり、糞便がこれらの微細部分に、入りこ
み、きれいに拭きとるのを困難にしている。さら
に、付着した残存糞便は固化し、除去することが
難しくなる。 一方、一般に用いられているトイレツトペーパ
ーやちり紙は、その約70％が故紙再生によるもの
で、これは物理的に硬いもので、使用時に柔らか
くするためによく揉んで使われることもあるが、
それでも皮膚に微細な擦過傷を与えることにな
る。また、皮膚上に付着残存した糞便は、細菌の
繁殖源となり、その生成分解物などにより、損傷
皮膚の悪化を助長したり、肛門の周辺部のかゆ
み、かぶれ、ただれの原因となる。肛門周辺部を
清浄にすることは、公衆衛生上、一般の人々にと
つても極めて大切なことである。特に、皮膚の弱
い赤ちやんおよび寝たきり老人や、痔疾など肛門
の疾病に苦しんでいる人々にとつて重大なこと
で、これら肛門周辺部の皮膚に何らかの傷害があ
る人は、肛門周辺部の皮膚が刺激に敏感で痛みを
感じやすくなつている。そのため、拭きとる力を
弱くすることから拭きとりが不十分となり、残存
便量がふえるという悪い結果を繰り返すことにな
る。 また、内痔核や軽度の脱肛などの痔疾者のなか
には、下着と患部との摩擦による痛みを防ぐた
め、排便後に肛門の外に出た内痔核や脱肛を肛門
の内に押しこまなければならない人がいる。この
場合、痛みを我慢して、手指で何とか押しこんで
いるのが現状で、物理的に、押しこみを容易にす
るものが望まれている。 本発明者は、斯かる現状に鑑み、排便後の使用
が簡便かつ容易であり、またトイレツトペーパー
による拭き取り後に残存する排泄物を十分に除去
することができ肛門周辺部を清潔に保て、痔疾、
かぶれ、かゆみ等の肛門周辺部の諸症状の悪化を
防止し得る清浄・清拭剤を開発すべく鋭意研究し
た結果、油にシリコーンオイルを配合した特定の
粘度をもつ組成物を使用すれば上記目的が達成し
うることを見出し本発明を完成した。 すなわち、本発明は植物油、動物油および合成
油からなる群から選ばれた油の１種または２種以
上、並びにシリコーンオイルを含有し、かつ５℃
での組成物全体の粘度が30cs以下である肛門周辺
部の清浄・清拭剤組成物を提供するものである。 本発明に用いる植物油、動物油または合成油
は、例えば植物油としては、オリーブ油、アーモ
ンド油、ホホバ油、落下生油、ひまし油、やし
油、パーム油、サフラワー油、ひまわり油、綿実
油、硬化やし油、硬化パーム油等が挙げられ、動
物油としては、ラノリン、タートル油、ミツロ
ウ、スクワレン、スクワラン、プリスタン等が挙
げられる。更に合成油としては、流動パラフイ
ン、グリセリントリ−２−エチルヘキサノエート
等の脂肪酸トリグリセライド等が挙げられる。こ
の中で、ホホバ油、スクワラン、グリセリントリ
−２−エチルヘキサノエートが特に好ましい。 上記油のうち、従来よりベビーオイル、化粧用
油として汎用されている流動パラフイン、オリー
ブ油、ラノリンは、これを肛門周辺部に用いた場
合、ベたつき感が残り、単独で使用するときは好
ましくないが、本発明の如く、シリコーンオイル
を配合することにより、かかるベたつき感がなく
なり、更にすべすべ感、さつばり感が相乗的に加
味され、実用上非常に好ましいものとなつてい
る。 本発明に用いるシリコーンオイルとしては、５
℃での粘度が30cs以下である直鎖ジメチルシリコ
ーン、環状ジメチルシリコーンが好ましい。 本発明に用いられる油は単独で用いても、また
２種以上を混合して用いてもよい。またシリコー
ンオイルは、５℃での組成物全体の粘度が30cs以
下になるように配合するのが良く、全組成の10〜
80重量％（以下単に％で示す）を添加配合するの
が好ましい。 本発明の清浄・清拭剤組成物には上記必須成分
のほかに、所望により、殺菌剤、消炎剤等の薬効
剤、香料等を配合することができる。 本発明の清浄・清拭剤組成物は適当な容器に充
填して使用に供されるが、特にスプレーとして用
いると簡便である。スプレーの形式は噴射ガスに
よるものでも蓄圧式ポンプボトルによるものでも
よい。 本発明の清浄・清拭剤組成物の使用方法として
は、例えば、排便後トイレツトペーパー等で通常
の拭き取りをしたのち、またはおむつ取換時に、
本発明品を数回スプレーしたトイレツトペーパー
またはテイツシユペーパーで拭き取りの仕上げを
する方法があり、この方法は更に入浴後または排
便前に本発明品を数回スプレーしたテイツシユペ
ーパーまたはトイレツトペーパーで肛門周辺部を
ぬぐうことによりその効果をより高めることがで
きる。また本発明品を直接肛門周辺部に塗布し、
次いでトイレツトペーパーまたはテイツシユペー
パー等で拭き取る方法もある。 以下に実施例を挙げて更に詳細に説明する。 実施例 １ パネラー２人に排便後、通常の方法でトイレツ
トペーパーを用いて肛門周辺部を清拭してもら
い、肉眼的にトイレツトペーパー上に便による着
色が観察されなくなつたのち、本発明品（スクワ
ラン40％、グリセリントリ−２−エチルヘキサノ
エート40％、シリコーン20％の混合組成物）を噴
霧したトイレツトペーパーあるいは、市販の清浄
綿で拭き取つてもらつた。この時更に清拭される
便の量を便中のウロビリンを螢光法により測定す
ることにより定量した。結果を第１表に示す。
【表】 いずれも個人差が大きくはつきりとした比較は
出来ないが、その清拭効果については、ほとんど
差がないように思われた。すなわち、本発明品
は、清浄綿と同等の清浄効果がある。清浄綿は、
使用感が冷たく、しかも水洗トイレに流せないな
どの欠点があるが、本発明品は、まつたくこれら
欠点は見い出されなかつた。 実施例 ２ ヒトの新鮮大便0.5mgをヒトの前腕屈側皮膚の
約１cm2に塗布し、ドライヤーで完全に乾燥した。
次いでこれを本発明品（スクワラン40％、グリセ
リントリ−２−エチルヘキサノエート40％、シリ
コーンオイル20％の混合組成物）を噴霧したトイ
レツトペーパー、水を噴霧したトイレツトペーパ
ー、または未処理のトイレツトペーパー（コント
ロール）により約100ｇ／cm2の力で拭き取り、そ
の清浄効果を測定した。 第１図に拭き取り回数毎の便の残存量の変化を
示したが、コントロールに比べて本発明品あるい
は水を噴霧した場合の方がよく拭き取れているこ
とがわかる。また本発明品と水を噴霧した場合の
清浄効果にはほとんど差がないが、水を噴霧した
トイレツトペーパーは破れやすく使用しにくいも
のであつた。なお便の残存量は実施例１と同様に
して定量した。 実施例 ３ パネラー２人に排便後通常の方法でトイレツト
ペーパーを用いて肛門周辺部を清拭してもらい、
肉眼的にトイレツトペーパーの上に便による着色
が観察されなくなつたのち、本発明品（スクワラ
ン40％、グリセリントリ−２−エチルヘキサノエ
ート40％、シリコーンオイル20％の混合組成物）
を噴霧したトイレツトペーパーで拭き取つてもら
つた。この時更に清拭された便の量を、排便前、
あらかじめ本発明品を噴霧したトイレツトペーパ
ーで肛門周辺部をぬぐつておいた場合、およびぬ
ぐわなかつた場合について、実施例１と同様にし
て定量した。結果を第２表に示す。
【表】 第２表から明らかなとおり、排便前にあらかじ
め本発明品を用いた場合の方が肛門周辺部の大便
の残存量が少なかつた。 実施例 ４ 本発明品（スクワラン40％、グリセリントリ−
２−エチルヘキサノエート40％、シリコーン20％
の混合組成物）を噴霧したトイレツトペーパー
で、ヒトの前腕屈側皮膚を１回拭いたのち、ヒト
の新鮮大便0.5mgを約１cm2に塗布し、ドライヤー
で完全に乾燥させたのち、本発明品を噴霧したト
イレツトペーパーで、約100ｇ／cm2の力で拭きと
りその清浄効果を測定した。また、あらかじめ本
発明品を噴霧したトイレツトペーパーで前腕屈側
皮膚を拭かず、未処理のトイレツトペーパーを用
いて上記と同様の方法で拭いた場合をコントロー
ルとした。なお、便の残存量は実施例１と同様に
して定量した。結果を第２図に示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 植物油、動物油および合成油からなる群から
    選ばれた油の１種または２種以上、並びにシリコ
    ーンオイルを含有し、かつ５℃での組成物全体の
    粘度が30cs以下であることを特徴とする肛門周辺
    部の清浄・清拭剤組成物。 ２ シリコーンオイルが、５℃での粘度が30cs以
    下である直鎖ジメチルシリコーンまたは環状ジメ
    チルシリコーンである特許請求の範囲第１項記載
    の清浄・清拭剤組成物。 ３ 油がホホバ油、スクワランまたはグリセリン
    トリ−２−エチルヘキサノエートである特許請求
    の範囲第１項記載の清浄・清拭剤組成物。
