本考案は、手動式又は足踏式ポンプの油槽にお

つた。このため、従来、油槽内への給気には、作
動油補給用の栓か通気弁を特設しこれを弛緩する
ことによつて、空気を送り込んでからポンプ作動
に移る方式が採られており、これでは作業開始ご
とにその操作をしなければならず、また、運搬時
に作動油が溢れ出ることのないように、作業終了
時には必ず前記栓又は通気弁を緊締しておかねば
ならなかつたし、しかも、この緊締が失念される

アクチユエータ(図示せず)内に吐出される(吐
出経路の詳細は省略)。また、同時に通気弁座1
4の通気孔は閉塞される。なお、アクチユエータ
からの戻り油は、開放弁用ペダル18を踏むこと
によつて油槽1内に還流される。このため、油槽
1内の圧力が上昇するときは、通気口15を経て
逃がされることになる。これらの操作の繰返しに
よて作業が行われる。本考案は、足踏式油圧ポン
プを実施例として述べたが、手動式油圧ポンプに
