(B) Prior Art As a device for feeding plate-shaped members one by one, the one described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 47-8033 is common. In other words, the plate-like members are stacked flat in a tube and cut out one by one from the bottom end, but with this structure, a large load is applied to the lower stacked members, and it is difficult to cut out plates with high friction or scratches on the surface. In particular, there were problems when using it for wiring boards with printed wiring. Therefore, when supplying wiring boards, etc., it is often done by laying a row of flat boards on their sides, supporting them on a slope, and cutting them out from the bottom, with the weight of each board being shared by the slope. . An example of this can be found in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 55-56685. Such a slope is also used when the plate-like members are pushed up one by one from below and stored in a line. 7 and 8 show how the plate member 2 is supported by the slope 1. As shown in FIG. By the way, when the plate-shaped members 2 are supported on the slope 1 in this way, when the row of plate-shaped members 2 is lowered or raised along the slope 1, the plate-shaped members 2 at the top end of the row are moved to the position shown in FIG. As shown in Figure 8, the problem arises that it falls over.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, it is often done to place a weight 3 on top of the slope 1 and push the row of plate-like members 2 from behind. A similar weight is also described in JP-A-55-56685. This weight 3 needs to be removed once when supplying a row of plate-like members 2 onto the slope 1 or when taking out a row of plate-like members 2, but conventionally, this removal work was done manually. This has become an obstacle to automation.

(c) Purpose of the invention The present invention has a structure in which a row of plate-like members stacked horizontally is supported on a slope, and the upper end of the row of plate-like members is pushed by a weight. The purpose is to enable separation of a weight from a column without manual intervention.

(d) Structure of the invention In this invention, the weight is moved along a track, and a belt is placed beside the track. The weight is pulled up by capturing the belt with a clamp device provided on the weight and driving the belt in a fixed direction. When the belt is released, the weight will fall freely.

Next, the effect will be explained. In FIG. 1, the air cylinder 29 is inactive and does not exert any action on the belt 24, and the weight 21 pushes the row of plate-like members 12 with gravity, causing the end of the row to fall down. is prevented. In this state, the rod 17 separates and supplies the plate member 12. Plate member 1
2, the air cylinder 29 is operated to pinch the belt 24 between the rod 30 and the weight 21 as shown in FIG. 2, and the electric motor 26 is driven to pull up the weight 21. If the weight 21 is held in this position and the push plate 32 feeds in a supplementary amount of the plate-like member 12, then the belt 24 is released from the clamp, the weight 21 will freely fall and move the plate-like member 12 again.
Push the tail into the column.

Next, the effect will be explained. The claws 41, 41 support the lower ends of the rows of plate-shaped members 12 with their claws protruding inside the guide path 15, as shown in FIG. In this state, one plate member 12 is sent under the guideway 15. Next, by the operation of the air cylinders 44, 44, the claws 41, 41 move outward to open the path to the guideway 15, as shown in FIG. 5, and at the same time, the push-up rod 45 hits the stopper 46 and stops. Push up the plate-like member 12. After the pushed-up plate member 12 completely enters the guide path 15, the claws 41, 41 move inward again, and the push-up rod 45 retreats. Then, a new plate member 12 is sent under the guideway 15, and the above-described operation is repeated. During this time, the weight 21 continues to press the upper ends of the rows of plate-like members 12. When the row of plate members 12 reaches a certain height, the rod 30 of the air cylinder 29 clamps the belt 24, and at the same time the electric motor 26 rotates to pull up the weight 21. At this point, as shown in FIG. 6, the pushing plate 47 advances and sends out a certain portion of the row of plate-shaped members 12 in the horizontal direction. After the pushing plate 47 returns to its original position after being sent out, the air cylinder 29 releases the clamp on the belt 24, and the weight 21 freely descends to press the new upper end of the row of plate members 12. be. It may be configured such that the belt 24 is reversed to lower the weight 21 and then the clamp by the air cylinder 29 is released.

(f) Effects of the invention In this invention, a belt for lifting the weight is arranged beside the track of the weight that presses the upper end of the row of plate-shaped members, and this belt is captured by the clamping means provided on the weight. By releasing the weight, lifting, lowering, and free-falling of the weight can be selected as appropriate, and by incorporating this into the control object, it has become possible to automatically operate the entire feeding device or storage device.
