部に形成し、前記頭部の最大直径よりも小さい透
孔を設けた当て板をハンガー本体の裏面に、かつ
前記透孔内に吊り杆頭部の一部を嵌合して接合
し、該当て板を透孔周囲で頭部大径部を押圧し回
動可能であるが自由に回転しない状態でハンガー
本体に固定したものである。
