Conventionally, in order to collect a predetermined amount of a sample such as blood, a quantitative sampling tool such as a pipette has been used to collect a predetermined amount of sample. Furthermore, when measuring the hematocrit value of blood, the blood was transferred to a glass capillary hematocentrifuge tube. Furthermore, when performing biochemical measurements on trace amounts of serum, the serum was separated in advance using a centrifugal test tube, and the serum was transferred using a pipette or the like.

As mentioned above, since special tools and containers are used depending on each measurement item, there is a drawback that various containers must be prepared even if the same blood is to be centrifuged.

As shown in FIG. 1, the sample container of the present invention is composed of three parts: a test tube part 1, a funnel part 2, and a capillary part 3. Circular protrusions 4 and 5 are formed approximately in the center of the capillary tube 2, and the capillary tube portion 3 is an integrally molded product made of transparent or translucent synthetic resin with an opening only at the tip thereof.

The inner diameter of the test tube portion 1 is approximately equal to the outer diameter of the funnel portion 2, while the inner wall of the protrusion 4 and the outer circumference of the protrusion 5 are approximately equal in shape and size.
If you cut just below the protrusion 4 in Fig. 1 using scissors or the like, the protrusions 4 and 5 and the funnel part 2 will appear as shown in Fig. 2.
The lower part of the test tube part 1 and the inner wall of the test tube part 1 are fitted and fixed. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, the capillary tube section 3 is fixed so as to hang down approximately at the center of the test tube section 1.

In addition, even if the cut is slightly bent when cutting with scissors or the like, the position is accurately fixed by the engagement of the protrusions 4 and 5, so the capillary portion 3 always hangs parallel to the inner wall. do.

The horizontal cross section of the test tube section 1 is generally a circumferential cylindrical cross section, but in cases where the purpose of use is special or depending on the resin material, in order to prevent deformation, the horizontal cross section shown in Fig. 1 may be ' Figures 3 and 4 are cross-sectional views.
It is also possible to mold the funnel part 2 to have a thick wall part 6 as shown in the figure, and in that case, the outer wall of the funnel part 2 or the protrusions 4 and 5 are also deformed accordingly to impair the fitting effect. It is necessary to make sure that this does not happen.

It is desirable that the outer walls of the test tube 1 and the funnel part 2 have a scale indicating the internal volume. This scale is arranged from the bottom to the top, such as 1CC, 2CC, etc., so that it can be judged from either the inverted state as shown in Figure 1 or the upright state. It is desirable that the capillary tube section 3 also have a scale for quantifying minute amounts, but since the tube diameter needs to be about the same as that of a normal hematocrit capillary tube, it is preferable to include a circumferential protrusion 7 as a mark, as shown in FIG. 8 on the outer wall of the capillary tube.

When measuring hematocrit values with a general centrifuge without using a centrifuge dedicated to capillary tubes, or when collecting serum for trace chemical analysis, first introduce blood into the capillary section 3, and then open the opening 9. After sealing, cut with scissors just below the protrusion 4 shown in FIG. 1, and insert and fix the capillary tube section 3 into the test tube section 1 as shown in FIG. 2.

In addition, for another purpose, when measuring urinary sediment, which is a solid substance in urine, rather than collecting urine from the opening of the capillary tube section 3, the test tube section 1 is collected directly below the protrusion 4 shown in FIG. The funnel part 2 is cut, the tip of the capillary part 3 is sealed in advance with putty or heat fused, and then assembled as shown in FIG. 2, and urine is injected into the funnel part 2. If centrifugation is performed in this state, the sediment will be separated in the capillary tube section 3, so the capillary tube section 3 will be cut with scissors and the sediment will be blown out onto a glass slide.

In addition, the test tube part 1, like a general test tube,

As described above, since the sample container of the present invention includes the capillary tube section 3, it can not only be used for various purposes, but also can be used in combination with the test tube section 1,
Even if the sample to be handled is minute, it can be handled in the same way as a general test tube, and since it can be cut at any position with scissors, it is possible to cut the necessary sample according to the measurement item. It has many excellent features such as being able to be taken out at will.
Use in hospital examination rooms and the like is very effective in terms of work efficiency.
