Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce power consumption at the time of power saving by connecting a MOSFET switch element to a pull-up current path between an input terminal of an input circuit and a power supply.

At the time of power saving, the Tr3 is turned off and the current path from the VCC to the earth point of the external circuit 14 through the terminal IN is interrupted, so that power consumption can be reduced.
