Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the liquid jet recording head which can promtply obtain good picture quality even in time at a low temperature by little power consumption and at a low cost, by establishing the heating means generatign thermal energy not forming flying liquid drops on the theremal energy generation means for forming flying liquid drops. CONSTITUTION:The heating means 1 generating thermal energy not forming flying liquid drops is established on the protection layer of a recording head independently of the termal energy generation means 2 for generating thermal energy used to form flying liquid drops. Then, a first protection layer is laminated on the thermal energy generation means 2, and the heating means 1 is established in a bar state on the first protection layer to be additionally used for a second protection layer 2. Because this method is the direct heating of recording liquid by the heating means 1 thus established on the thermal energy generation means 2, the recording liquid can be uniformly heated by preheating for a short time without requiring a long waiting time and stable flying liquid drops can be formed by low power consumption.
