開口させ、外部から前記ロータを回転駆動させる
ことにより、吸入口から吸入した流体を圧縮動作
させて吐出口から吐出させるようにしたベーン圧
縮機において、ロータのベーン溝後側口縁部には
同ロータ外周からベーン溝内端方向への深さ20
〜400μm、ベーン溝後壁面からロータ回転方
向と反対方向のロータ外周への長さ1.5〜4mm
の切欠部をロータの全幅に渡り、かつ、ロータ本
体の外周面が前記耐摩耗性被膜から露出しないよ
うに設けたベーン圧縮機。 2 切欠部の深さは30〜60μmであり、切欠
部の長さは2〜3mmである実用新案登録請求の範
