Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the chattering at the release of power supply reset or at the changeover in operation by providing a feedback circuit so as to assist the charging current to an integration capacitor through the output of a comparator and giving sufficiently the charging to the integration capacitor even when the power supply voltage rises or descends slowly.
CONSTITUTION: When a voltage detection circuit 11 detects that the power voltage rises up to a prescribed voltage, a charge/discharge circuit 12 supplies a charging current to a capacitor C1 and a terminal voltage across the capacitor C1 rises. When the voltage exceeds a reference voltage, the transistor (TR) Q15 of a comparator 13 is turned on. The output is inhibited until the TR Q15 is turned on. Since a feedback circuit 16 is provided, a current three times of the collector current of the TR Q15 is fed to a TR Q19, and when the TR Q19 is turned on, a resistor R7 is short-circuited to lower the reference voltage of the comparator circuit 13, a current is conducted also to a TR Q25 constituting a current mirror circuit together with a TR Q20 at the same time thereby supplying a current to the capacitor C1.
