The number of cases in which a control unit is installed on the refrigerator door is increasing year by year. The problem at this time is that the static electricity generated when the door rotates causes the electronic equipment included in the operation section to malfunction. To prevent this, it is necessary to ground the door.

In order to ground the door, it is conceivable to pass a ground wire through the hinge pin that pivots the door to the main body, but there are various problems in passing the ground wire through this hinge pin. An example of passing a lead wire through the hinge pin portion to the door side is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 46-14467.

Grounding a refrigerator with electronic equipment on the door is necessary in order to prevent malfunctions as described above, but in the conventional door structure, this grounding is necessary. No good concrete suggestions were made. Although it is possible to send a ground wire to the door side, no consideration has been given to where the end of the ground lead wire should be attached.

The above purpose is to connect a door formed by filling a space between an outer panel and an inner panel with foam insulation material, a refrigerator control operation section attached to the front of the door, and a connection between the operation section and the refrigerator main body. This is accomplished by bringing the ground wire into contact with the side surface of the foam insulation material of the outer panel.

The end of the ground wire led to the door plate side is attached to the back of the door plate where no paint is attached using aluminum tape, etc., and then the foam insulation that will be used as the insulation material for this door is attached. It is fixed by the adhesive force of the material.

That is, since the surface of the door plate is painted, it is naturally manufactured through a painting process. At this time, it passes through a pickling process and a painting process. In the present invention, a protective member (for example, aluminum tape) that can withstand these steps is attached to the ground wire attachment part in advance, and when the ground wire is attached, it is removed, and a new aluminum tape or the like is used to tightly adhere it to the door plate, and then foam insulation is installed. This is fixed to the door plate with wood.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a refrigerator body, and although this body 1 is not shown in the figure, it is grounded. Reference numeral 2 denotes a door that opens a front opening of an interior (not shown) formed inside the refrigerator main body 1. This door 2 is made up of an outer panel 3 degrees, an inner panel 42, a foamed heat insulating material 5, and the like. Reference numeral 6 denotes a hinge that rotatably pivots the door 2 on the refrigerator main body 1. As shown in the figure, this hinge 6 has a pin portion 6a that engages with the pin receiver 7 of the door 2, which is formed into an internal hollow pin.The inner diameter of this pin portion 6a is φ.
]0. Reference numeral 8 denotes an operating section provided on the surface of the door plate 3. This operation unit 8 controls electronic equipment (not shown) installed inside the refrigerator main body. 9 is a lead wire 9a that electrically connects the operation unit 8 and the electronic device mentioned above.
It is a combination of the ground wire 9b and the earth wire 9b. The outer diameter of this aggregate 9 is approximately φ6.7. Reference numeral 10 denotes a protective tube that covers the surface of the assembly 9. The outer diameter of the protective tube 10 is approximately φ8.0 so that it can be inserted into the inner diameter φ10 of the hinge pin 6a with a margin. is φ6.7
It is made to the highest standard. Usually, the outer diameter of the aggregate 9 and the inner diameter of the protective tube 10 are the same, or the outer diameter of the aggregate 9 is slightly smaller. Therefore, the protective tube 10 slips between the hinge pin 6a and does not rotate when the door is opened or closed. This prevents the lead wires and the like from being twisted and broken when the door 2 is opened and closed.

Normally, the length of the protective tube 10 is approximately 500+m. It is extremely cumbersome to pass an assembly such as the lead wire 98 through the protective tube 10 of this length since the diameters are similar. In order to facilitate this, the present invention divides the protective tube 10 in the middle to improve the penetrability of the assembly. Further, the ground wire 9b is led out from the divided protective tube 10. Of course, a tape 11 or the like is wrapped around the divided portion as shown in the figure to prevent the foamed heat insulating material 5 from entering the protective tube lo. Further, one end of the protective tube 10 is connected to an operating section, and the other end is led out to the main body through a hinge pin 6a.

Therefore, the mounting portion 9b' of the ground wire 9b is attached to the outer panel 3.
It is closely attached with aluminum tape 12. This aluminum tape 12 is temporarily fixed while the foam insulation material 5 is being filled, and after the foam insulation material 5 is filled, the ground wire 9b is fixed to the door plate 3 by the adhesive force of this insulation material 5. .

Also, hold the aluminum tape 12 and attach the mounting part 9b of the ground wire 9b.
' The back side of the outer panel where the door plate is attached is used to prevent paint from adhering to the door panel and causing loss of conductivity when painting the door panel. Further, the aluminum tape 12 for attaching the ground wire attaching portion 9b' is temporarily fixed using the aluminum tape 12 attached to the operation section.

As described above, according to the present invention, the door ground can be easily attached to the unpainted part of the outer panel using aluminum tape and foam insulation material, so malfunction of the electronic circuit can be easily prevented. In addition to being able to ground the door itself, you can simply connect it anywhere.
