Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） この発明は自動車、鉄道、船舶、航空機等の運転席又は
操縦席前の風防カラスを自動的にガラス拭きするワイパ
ーに関するものである。
（従来の技術） 従来、前記のような窓拭き用のワイパーとして、風防ガ
ラスの外側面に沿って回動される揺動式のワイパーアー
ムと、このワイパーアームに取付けられるワイパーブレ
ードと、このワイパーブレードに保持されるワイパーラ
バーとを具備した構成のものが知れている。
（発明が解決しようとする問題点） しかながら、前記従来のワイパーは、その構成部品であ
るワイパーアームとワイパーブレードが金属材料で作ら
れており、また前記ワイパーブレードに保持されるワイ
パーラバーが透視性の全くない不透明なゴム材料で作ら
れいるので、このワイパーの動きがドライバー（運転者
または操縦者）に良く見え過ぎて、目が疲れるという問
題があり、しかもワイパーの動きがドライバーの目の妨
げになって、前方の見通しが悪くなり、事故をひき起す
問題もあった。
（問題点を解決するための手段） この発明は前記の問題点を解決するために、ワイバーア
ームとワイパーブレードを耐久性、耐熱性、耐寒性、耐
候性に優れた透明な硬質合成樹脂により形成したこと、
前記ワイパーブレードに保持されるワイパーラバーを耐
久性、耐熱性、耐寒性、耐候性に優れた透明又は半透明
の弾性合成樹脂で形成したことを特徴とする。
（作用） ワイパーアームとワイパーブレードを前記の如き透明な
硬質合成樹脂で形成し、且つワイパーラバーを透明又は
半透明の弾性合成樹脂で形成すると、ワイパー全体に透
視性が生じ、ワイパーの妨きがドライバーの目の妨げに
ならず、目の疲れ。
事故の誘発等の問題を解消することができる。
（実施例） 以下、この発明の具体的な実施例を図面に従い詳述する
と、このワイパーは自動車、鉄道、船舶。
航空機等の運転席又は操縦席前の風防ガラスを自動的に
ガラス拭きするものであって、図中１は風防ガラス４の
外側面に沿って図示イ１ロ方向に回動される揺動式のワ
イパーアーム、２はこのワイパーアーム１に取付けられ
るワイパーブレード、３はこのワイパーブレード２に保
持されるワイパーラバーを示す。
而して、この発明は前記のようなワイパー構造１こおい
て、ワイパーアーム１とワイパーブレード２を耐久性、
耐熱性、耐寒性、耐候性に浸れた透明な硬質合成樹脂（
例えば透明なポリカーボネート樹脂、メタクリル樹脂等
）により形成したこと、前記ワイパーブレードに保持さ
れるワイパーラバー３を耐久性、耐熱性、耐寒性、耐候
性に浸れた透明又は半透明の弾性合成樹脂（例えば半透
明のシリコーンゴム）で形成したことを特徴とするもの
である。
（発明の効果〕 この発明のワイパーは、その構成部品であるワイパーア
ーム１とワイパーブレード２を前記のような透明の硬質
合成樹脂で形成し、且つワイパーラバー３を透明又は半
透明の弾性合成樹脂で形成したので、ワイパー全体に透
視性が生じ、ワイパーの動きがドライバーの目の妨げに
ならず、目の疲れ、事故の誘発等の問題を解消すること
ができる。また、ワイパーアーム１及びワイパーブレー
ド２の構成素材として、耐久性、耐熱性、耐寒性。
耐候性に隅れた透明な硬質合成樹脂を用い、またワイパ
ーラバー３の構成素材として耐久性、耐熱性、耐寒性、
耐候性に優れた透明又は半透明の弾性合成樹脂を用いる
ので、従来のワイパーと同様な機能、性能を確保するこ
とができる。

図面は本発明のワイパーを構成部品（ワイパーアーム、
ワイパーブレード、ワイパーラバー）の取外し状態で示
した斜視図である。 １・・・ワイパーアーム、２・・・ワイパーブレード、
３・・・ワイパーラバー、４・・・風防ガラス。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 自動車、鉄道、船舶、航空機等の運転席又は操縦席前の
    風防ガラスを自動的にガラス拭きするワイパーであって
    、風防ガラスの外側面に沿って回動される揺動式のワイ
    パーアームと、このワイパーアームに取付けられるワイ
    パーブレードとを、耐久性、耐熱性、耐寒性、耐候性に
    優れた透明な硬質合成樹脂により形成し、且つ前記ワイ
    パーブレードに保持されるワイパーラバーを耐久性、耐
    熱性、耐寒性、耐候性に優れた透明又は半透明の弾性合
    成樹脂で形成したことを特徴とするワイパー。
